The Run Home
Correct me if I am wrong, but 3 or 4 is as good as top 2 if you are up against a Melbourne team.?

CASEY: Rd 14 vs Gold Coast
Isn't that a little pessimistic? I would have thought Southport was the big test. Relatively settled team, for VFL, heading north. Gold Coast will be a couple short as emergencies to go to Adelaide, I expect. Weather predicted is sunny and 22 degrees...biggest problem should be sunstroke. Shame no Majak.

Soft cap to increase by $500,000 - where would you spend it?
Spend it on a review of the number and salaries of AFL and club executives. Once you've reduced the number of executives and their salaries, each by half, give it to the players, ex player welfare and ticket cost relief.

CASEY: Rd 12 vs Collingwood
Can't see a team yet ?

We will murder the filth on Monday.
That's always the problem playing Collingwood..would you prefer to win by 1 or 100. 1 is almost better. My 7 and 9 year old boys had a punch on yesterday. 7 yo won. Gave them both a week. Mother wants to review it. They are in their room playing nicely now. Bit like footy players.

CASEY: Rd 11 vs Sydney
Have to feel for the young Casey boys trying to get into this team. Each week the regular Casey boys such as Munro, White, Grey and Ellison doing very well. Well done to them all. Seems to be a good spirit in the team as well.

Sydney Appealing Buddy Ban
He will be a fine fellow when he apologises for the slur...as his client has done. Calling someone an actor is not in the same class as calling a person a coward.

Sydney Appealing Buddy Ban
Ripper bloke? Well played ? Well played Sir. So he stands up in a forum where Franklin can't respond and says it was cowardly. Really? Most people would assess that lawyer's performance as, at best, pretty average. Interestingly, he mainly does royal commissions. Not exactly throwing himself into the heat of battle.

CASEY: Rd 10 vs FrankstonÂ
Grey had 7 tackles this week. Previous week, 6. Equal most with Bedford I believe.

No Bell? Injured ?

CASEY: Rd 10 vs FrankstonÂ
No team released yet ? Boys have a couple of interesting weeks coming up. After Frankston on Sunday, curtain raiser v. Sydney at the MCG then pies at home.

CASEY: Rd 09 BYE
Ones and Casey both undefeated. If Melb have big win today they may end up with a better percentage than Casey. Just saying.

Majak Daw Driving Charges
It is much easier to inadvertently drive an unregistered car now that there are no rego stickers. Property insurance has never been required. I believe those injured involving an unregistered car are still covered. It is also common to be unaware of a licence suspension, unless it happened in court. I think we can cut Majak a bit of slack. Hands up all of us that have breached a traffic rule in the past...caught or otherwise.

CASEY: Rd 08 vs North Melbourne
I'm looking at zero hanger report.

CASEY: Rd 08 vs North Melbourne
I think you will find, dworship, that the rnd 8 to which you refer is a previous year. It also refers to Casey scorpions and north Ballarat. Channel 7 broadcast Casey v. North from Arden St, tomorrow, Sunday at 12:00 noon.

CASEY: Rd 06 vs Box Hill
Re finals: can someone tell me what the rule is with listed players playing for Casey in finals. That is, if a player has played too many games for melb, is he precluded from playing for Casey? There must be a rule dealing with this: can't find it.

CASEY: Rd 04 vs Coburg
Majak was undergoing a fitness test immediately before the game.
