PREGAME: Rd 10 vs Brisbane
Changes: JVR to FB. Fritsch SUB - both at Casey. Spargo never to play another game, let alone at Casey or AFL level. Soooo OUT: Fritsch, till he learns to tackle and kick straight from straight in front of the goal. JVR Spargo. IN: Johnson - for his ability to run and tackle. Petty - Just because he is Petty. Milkshake. Just cause old heads know how to tackle. SUB: anyone except Sharp. Q: Did he play last week against Hawthorn?

Think you are hard on Kolt, who had short of half a game. I would drop Spargo.

VOTES: Rd 08 vs West Coast
What I fail to understand is that people here give Melks points in the "best Players" yet in another post, pre game Hawthorn many are dropping him. Melks not only holds his own in the best 22 players, he also has maturity, something you cannot replace with a younger player.

If we win every game for the rest of the year and play finals we can win the Premiership this year. Ya gotta be positive- GAMEDAY: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
The fact is, if we lose by ten goals, we end up 18th- PREGAME: Rd 05 vs Essendon
Homestly, one could look at the whole team play as Casey's next round, but to be honest, right now we need speed around the ball and forward line improvement. I would give Jefferson another chance and definitely bring in Fullerton to support an aging Gawn. Rest JVR and Fritsch. - Don't play Spargo or Sharp till they prove themselves in the Reserves. Please fo not give Laurie or Woey Jnr another chance ahead of some youngsters.- Time to go Goody?
I know how to solve things and win a premiership next year -bring back COVID and we play the granny in W.A. ` simple.- PREGAME: Rd 04 vs Geelong
Yeah, I would change the Titanic on the deck chairs. That should help.- POSTGAME: Rd 02 vs North Melbourne

Yeah.... Jacko will shout....- Predicted Round 1 Team to play GWS Giants
sorry - that should read Bowey HB- Predicted Round 1 Team to play GWS Giants
The Team for round one will be: Backs: Bowey May Salem HB: Salem McDonald Lever C: Langdon Oliver Windsor HF: Frirsch Turner Sparrow F: Chandler VanRooyen Sharp Foll: Gawn, Viney, Trac IC: Rivers Langford Petty Johnson Billings Sub: Woey- Defensive forward - ANB’s replacement?
Right now I am not a fan of Laurie based on 2024 games. I think Bowie may be able to fill ANB's role, and I see from ground reports @ training by others here that he is in the on-ballers group in these training sessions. As for Sparrow, he needs to take the next step in his playing development. I feel.- Gary Pert Quits as MFC CEO
Because he is under contract, and maybe they chose to change his position to consultant- Gary Pert Quits as MFC CEO
My thoughts are that Pert was asked to resign or be sacked as a result of the most recent overview review findings. He chose to graciously resign his position. Being contracted, I feel the MFC Board talked him into resigning and then re-employing him as a consultant for the Caulfield project to see his contract out. Just feel there is more to this than meets the eye. Pert has stuck his nose recently into areas such as the Oliver issue, which is outside his responsibilities. Not handled well at all. I am sure that was raised at the Club review. To me, Pert has always been a person who seeks gratification. Hope we get a good CEO.- New assistant coaches at the Demons?
I would also consider. Ash Hansen A premiership Eagle in 2006, Hansen is now Michael Voss's senior assistant at Carlton. He was previously a forwards coach and has also coached at Footscray. Brett Montgomery An assistant coach at the GWS Giants, Montgomery is responsible for the backline. Ben Hart An assistant coach at the GWS Giants, Hart is responsible for the midfield. Craig Jennings An assistant coach at the GWS Giants, Jennings is responsible for the offense. Jeremy Laidler An assistant coach at the GWS Giants, Laidler is responsible for the forwards. Shane Mumford An assistant coach at the GWS Giants, Mumford is responsible for the rucks.- Coaching Role for Jonesy?
My view is that Jonesy like Green brings the Demon spirit back to Melbourne. whatever that means. - The Next CEO
