Agree and there's only a finite capacity for player welfare at the club. There's an opportunity cost associated with burning a whole lot of it on one potentially problem player.

Good initiative,. But the main issue is posters opening new accounts - it's hard to control that though and I don't think you should bother trying. The community will call this out when necessary - most long term posters have a distinctive style.

I think it does matter because posters should own their posting history. That said like @Nasher said I changed my username but it is pretty transparent. Some of the best posters here like @Vogon Poetry and @ProDee have had various incarnations for various reasons but it's fine if it's transparent I think.

Just for interest, is there ever a player you have been positive about recruiting? In my observation you have dissed every opposition player we have shown interest in. Then once they arrive - alchemy!

Kreuger is likely to be able to play too. Geelong's recent record with this type is excellent - Tim Kelly and Stewart. If Carlton use the pick on say Setterfield then it looks closer to the AFL intent.
