I'm very glad I've stayed well out of this. I have seen enough cancel-culture behaviour in the last 5 years to know where this could have gone. I was not shocked at all when clips of Morris began popping up, and although I thought what Beveridge did was totally unprofessional, my view of the character of Tom Morris would not allow me to stick up for him…so I kept my mouth shut for once and it worked! Long sleeves, with a blankie just in case is my go-to. I have a practical jacket too, which I wear everywhere more for the pockets than the warmth. So if you've got one of them then it'll probably do the job if the dogs get on top.
