I mean I have no words for how incorrect this post is.

Eddy Langdon you star.

GAMEDAY: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
Two way running, courage in the air, smart ball use (though at times this goes missing), and he's very important culturally to the players. Aside from that, nothing.

I don't post much on gameday threads. Wow you're a negative bunch!

Oliver my man, please learn to kick….

Kozzie doesn't look like he's in a good place mentally. I think we might be playing him because it's good for him mentally and we want him good to go for the next 10 years rather than because he's giving us much right now.

Sometimes I think Salem needs to just take the body contact rather than execute a handball to no one in particular.

Spargo is burning his tickets despite structurally being important for us.

More kicks like that Fritsch and you might stay in. Joel Smith putting up his hand. Oliver needs to learn to kick goals. Imagine that kick on GF day to get in front against the cats or Dogs? Shudder.

Brayshaw still doing good things without the footy, but everyone else (particularly Kozzy and Fritsch) need to lift.

Good point. He's in better physical shape now than he was then, so probs a good move all said.

Anyone who thought that had no idea. I wanted Brown in from day dot, and was a bit puzzled when he was dropped based on a mediocre performance on a wet deck with way too many talls (all 3 + Gawn and Jackson played that day vs Carlton).

I'd consider dropping Fritsch for McDonald. It's between him and Melsham IMO for that 3rd tall spot, and Melk has more tricks.

Langdon's workrate is just monstrous. Unbelievable player. EDIT: Brown kicked the goal, but that was Langdon's goal for causing that turnover.

Brown robbed of a goal. ARC squibbed that one.

There's not many lovelier sights in football than seeing Ben Brown mark a ball arms extended fully above his head.

Adelaide need to kick 10 more goals like that and they'll win; demons have to be switched on with their defensive running because Adelaide will try to run it out of defence all day.

Melksham is class. 2018-stlye Melksham in the 2021 team in finals would be such a plus.

Early days but I'm seeing a fair bit of jogging around going on right now. I am loving the linkup happening between Salem and Bowey though.

Interested to see how Joel Smith goes in May's absence, and of course desperately hoping May is right for the Geelong game and everything that comes afterwards.

Max Gawn and Chris Connolly on The Front Bar
Thanks, now I know what year that was.

Finals 2021
It's all part of the Dogs' plan to win one from their golden sector of the ladder - outside the top 4. Couldn't possibly happen twice right?

Finals 2021
That sucks, as I don't rate our ability to win ground balls in our backline, and I hate that we play the same losing clearance game vs the Dogs who base their whole game on winning clearances. If we do play them, I hope we're more honest in the clearance game and just try to win it, and I hope our defenders play with the expectation that the ball will more often than not come to ground in the backline and so they need to be ready with the tackle, and have someone ready to stop the scrubbing kicks off the ground.

COVID & AFL 2021
Absolute hubris from a state that wanted to prove they could do it "better" than Victoria.
