Fill the āGā
Be fantastic to have full house except for the fact that you may end up next to a Filth supporter....particularly in the AFL members. I think we end up getting 75K which would be a fantastic effort. The last time we played a home game against Collingwood that wasn't Queens Birthday was in 2019 and we got just 31,000.

CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Cox has destroyed us twice against us in 2018 (5 goals!) and this year's QBDAY. Quite happy for him to be omitted.

CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Howe was interviewed last night on channel 7 news and he's confident he'll play. Injury is very minor. Taylor Adams is set to miss 1-2 weeks.

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Re: people's refusal to acknowledge Collingwood as a genuine contender, what would be the difference between Richmond's 2017 flag and a potential 2022 flag win by Collingwood? Richmond made finals in 2013, 2014, 2015 but then had a year full of turmoil in 2016 finishing with only 8 wins and a percentage of 78. Then they obviously got it all together in 2017. Collingwood made the finals in 2018, 2019 and 2020 but then also had a year full of turmoil in 2021 finishing with only 6 wins but a better percentage of 86 compared to Richmond's 2016 percentage of 78. Collingwood are first on my list of teams I don't want to win the flag, but I can unfortunately see them as a right in the thick of the race.

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
If that scenario played out, that would be two very tough opponents to open the finals series given how much grief those two sides have given us in the Goodwin era.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Feels like Sydney with their easy fixture are our main competitor for top 2.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Weāll probably have to beat Brisbane in round 23 to finish above them (in addition to beating Pies and Blues) so percentage isnāt overly critical between the 2 sides IMO.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Absolutely 100% and just shows the top 6 sides wonāt be dropping any silly games in the last few rounds.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Make that 0-8-1 of non MFC games going our way since round 19.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Since last Friday nightās Richmondās V Freo weāre 0-7-1 in terms of hoping for top 4 contenders to lose. We cannot get a result to save ourselves. Hopefully Brisbane slip up today to finally have a non MFC result go our way.

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
In all honestly Iād rather get beaten by Geelong in a GF who have a percentage of 136 rather than Collingwood who have a percentage of just 106. Whilst Iāve admired what Collingwood have done this year, Geelong are simply the better side and Iād rather lose to the more highly credentialed side in Geelong.

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Disagree that theyāre an ordinary side. I reckon their football can stack up in September because they play with high intensity, defensively sound and play fast attacking footy at the right time.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Pies steadied to kick the last two before quarter time to reduce the lead from 24 to 12. Theyāre just a well drilled outfit unfortunately.
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Port 38-15 and all over the Pies. Nothing surer than Collingwood pulling something out of their behinds and winning by a point.

Farewell Luke Jackson
I suppose if we were desperate we could make a play for McStay whoās kicked a whopping 3 more goals than Weid.
-
CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
In- BBB Out - Weid Bringing in Harmes would be dropping a a player for the sake of dropping a player. Everything simply worked last night. (Maybe they end up dropping Hunt for Harmes)

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
Vineyās played some inspirational games in Perth. In 2017 he got 40 touches in a BOG performance against WC (the game T Mac kicked the winner) The grand final and obviously last night.

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Unless you place a massive priority on finishing 1st and winning the minor premiership (and potentially being awarded the Friday Night prelim) rather than finishing second and still having 2 MCG home finals on route to a potential GF, Iām actually hoping Geelong beat the Dogs tonight. The nauseating over celebration of the Dogs beating us last week is enough to hope Geelong can go some way in ending their season tomorrow. Itās the Sydneyās, Collingwood's and Brisbaneās that are our main threat for top 2, and theyāre the teams we need to lose more so than Geelong who will finish top 2 regardless with their soft finish and strong percentage.

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
Weāve won our last 10 quarters at Optus. We won every quarter this year against WC and Freo and obviously the second half of the GF.
-
CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Max Gawn: I really want that game. - in reference to next weeks game against Collingwood. (Pavlichās interview with Max on Fox footy, post game)

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
6-0 interstate in the one season. Anyone else ever done that before?
-
NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
After last week's disastrous results, we're due one or two non MFC games go our way. We're ostensibly in the finals if Richmond lose this week, even if we lose tonight. St Kilda will lose at least once to Geelong, Brisbane or Sydney so there's no way they'll be displacing us from the finals.

GAMEDAY: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
Not only is there a "no boo" policy, I'm hearing there's a campaign for Freo Supporters to clap Jackson every time he gets the ball as a mechanism to make him feel welcome for next year. Hopefully they'll be jumping out of their seats with applause as LJ kicks the winning goal in the final minute.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 20 vs Fremantle
Hopefully we do a better job of containing Schultz (4 goals) and Lobb (3 goals and 9 marks) this time around. A lot of Freo supporters are disappointed Banfield got dropped as he can kick the clutch goal and he's tracking towards a 25 goal season. Wouldn't be surprised if he's a late in or at least the medical sub. I have absolutely no basis or information to support this but I wouldn't be surprised if Banfield is part of the Jackson trade.
