Kossie out Chandler in

Dumb thread We got pick 6 for him. Take the money and run!
-
In a marking contest its ok to put your hands in the back of your opponent and forcibly work them under the ball (see Ben Brown) unless your name is Harrison Petty
-
Nick Larkey would be handy next year If Dogga leaves, we have draft pick/s to utilise The Coll game is yet another example where we desperately needed another quality key forward
-
Must finish top 3 after H&A No team has won the premiership outside of top 3 in over 20 year (except bulldogs) Our best is well ahead of any other team. Need to keep that up for 4 quarters. Tmac returning would help 5 more wins and its back-to-back
-
Weather looking pretty miserable for the game. Big Cox will be about as useful as one of those flapping inflatable figures at used car yards
-
Weid does better as a second ruck/forward than solely as a key forward. I actually thought he was good that week both Max and Dogga were not playing. He's depth for our club. Not on a long or I assume, expensive contract. If posters can get over him being a pick 9 and look at him as inexpensive depth, then he's worth keeping as back up. He's worth more to us than what we'd be getting in any trade, especially if Dogga leaves and we still have no developing 2nd ruck However, if traded at years end I won't begrudge him the opportunity for a fresh start
-
Would be great to see BBB come out firing after his 2 week break. 4 goals to him, 3 to Kossie, 3 to Max Oh yeah!
-
Yes you did
-
You know nothing about the nature of his mental health. Nor do I. But you are saying he is faking mental health because he can't take the public backlash. That's called minimising the complexities of mental health Empathy not your strong suit, obviously Carry on
-
Any announcement from Buddy or management? Reporter simply said "it is my understanding that..."
-
Maybe Mr Steve lives on a horse stud farm. The rest I'd prefer not to think about...
-
Wowee! Pro violence and a dig at mental health in one post. Well done
-
Hawks would've had 3 top 10 picks each of the last 10 years if that was the case! 🤣
-
Yes and no. Voss is doing exactly that at Carlton. Another 12 months and they might be top 4. Fagan as a first time coach at lowly Brisbane and now doing a very good job. Ten years ago your comments would have been spot on. These days it's more case by case. I think Ooze is a terrific coach-in-waiting. If he doesn't succeed at GWS or North I reckon he's too good to be overlooked at another club that suits his approach. But hey, let's hope he stays for the 3 peat!
-
Brett Ratten and Michael Voss say hi. I think that 2nd chances will become more accepted by AFL clubs

Go naturalist. Best way to use those medallions

This has got to be the dumbest shaped 'oval' of all time. Looks like a flat tyre on my car

Or... we trade for talls already in the system that meet our specific needs. May, Lever, BBB. I'm more in the camp that the the draft is a bit of a lottery. We paid 2 x 1st rounders for Lever, pick 6 for May. If Dogga leaves, I'd hope we use the pick/s to go hard on an established key forward. That is, unless we have a FA in mind for next year.

We don't know Dogga's personal circumstances Lots of young people reassessed their priorities over the pandemic. Maybe he did too He might be 3 hours away, but can only get there a handful of times per year. That we might have family we miss living OS doesn't invalidate his homesickness, if that's what he has. Not that I'm saying you are ElDiablo. Sadly it didn't work out for Hogan, but Jackson is a completely different cat Should Dogga go, he will possibly get paid more to play in WA surrounded by family and friends. Win/win for him Hopefully we will get a good deal. It would free up lots of cap space. I trust Taylor and Lamb to make the most of whatever happens

FMD Last time... Hamish was clearly stirring the pot when he mentioned more midfield time, money and possibly moving clubs in an interview the day before Gus' re-signing was announced. He would've known that Gus had re-signed, or at the very least that he was staying. FWIW, Goodwin said that throwing Gus into the midfield had been considered for a number of weeks now and that this was an opportunity to do that and put him on his brother (a wry smile as he said it) And no, I am not claiming Gus played in the midfield last night for a pizz take, just that there's a bit of fun in Hamish's comments I won't respond further on this, as its not in the spirit of Binman's thread
-
Exactly. I reckon Gus loves to get a reaction. I mentioned elsewhere that he and he and Hamish were stirring the pot the day before Gus' announcement with some of the comments. I thought it was clearly a bit of a pizz take. Yet some panicked over it

And Libba has Bart and Homer Simpson on his. Just thought I'd write that for no other reason than to illustrate Libba's terrible taste
-
Has he bought a house in Perth recently?

Busy doing this
