Yep noticed that too! It’s hard to fit him in anywhere else. Can’t put him on the wings and can’t see him spending a whole lot of time in the midfield. He is happy to get in and under so I think maybe a forward spot will mean he can get in and under the ball when the ball is in our forward line and our keys can’t get down and our smalls are waiting for that quick handball out and as you have mentioned he can snag a goal or two himself.

Agreed. His smarts on his ball use and his score assists are underrated. Although I can’t see him playing round 1. Last year I thought the same against the Swans and you could tell he was rushed way to quick and unfortunately his season ended very fast. Still a few weeks away though so time will tell

Do you think Spargo plays round 1? I do think Sparrow will play Half forward abit. Really hope K.Brown gets a gig round 1 in the forward pocket.

Although F1 is on I reckon we’ll get more against gws for round 1 than we would later in the year. More people are excited to be back to the footy and eager to go. If we crack more than 30k it’s good for us

If Judd leaves I can see him in west coast colours more than Freos. Harley and Judd are very close I believe? Have seen them around Melbourne in the off season together a few times. If Kozzy wants out and we get a good deal and Judd wants to stay would you send some picks to the eagles for Harley or take it to the draft?

Yep! I started a thread a little while ago about family day and not knowing why we don’t seem to have a proper one anymore on weekends. My kid misses out too and I feel bad for him. We live on the west side and for me it’s not even about the travel it’s about the day and time! Unless you finished your kids up early and yourself with work on Friday and live around the corner you can’t go. Makes you feel so disconnected to the club when it comes to meeting players and being around other supporters. Game days are great but you’re there to watch the game and go home.

Feel for the guy. Got the feeling this year was the first year he mentally felt good and now his body has let him down again.

I don’t want to see Rivers play 90% of his game time in defence. He goes in the middle for me. He still takes his game to another level this year.
