I'll be cheering on the boys in orange with great gusto tonight. We're terribly disappointed after our [censored] the bed performances but if there's one thing that can cheer us up its the sight of the orange boys silencing the MCG. Blues fans have very low expectations so won't be as much enjoyment if they lose. A 100+ point shellacking might sour the euphoria they've been feeling though.

A big part of our '21 flag. not sure we win it without him in the ranks. he has done time. involved with 2 flag winning clubs as assistant coach so more than worthy of this opportunity. good chance for us to refresh our ranks and go again. i'm not convinced we need an ex senior coach. Hopefully Pert throws the net wide and tries to find a hungry up and comer to fill the role.

I'm delighted to see that Bannan's injury is not too serious. It looked nasty when it happened. Perhaps Aimee will replace her if she isn't fit in time for this game.

Looking forward to seeing Aimee make her debut and the team continue their outstanding form. hawks are triers and will crack in but lack class. Can’t see them troubling us too much dees by 30+ points

I can't decide whether we're very close or as far away as ever. keep changing my mind. We've got a very good list and with some luck on the injury front no reason to think we can't challenge again. On the other hand, the other finals teams are playing a more corridor-based game. The game has moved on so we need to catch-up. Time will tell if we will. One thing i am sure of. We need to freshen up the assistant coaching ranks. We've gone stale and predictable.

Grundy's had a bad run. An AA ruckman dropped by 2 clubs in consecutive years. i can understand why he has the [censored]. that said, a Gawn injury and he was straight back into a finals team so its a lack of professional not to maintain standards and be ready in case.

Demonland is very fragile at the moment. Getting all worked over commentary in the media. It's just noise mainly. Some fair criticism for sure but nothing the club is not already aware internally.

I agree with Lyon. We coughed up both those games. Yeah we were dealing with some adversity but there is always some to deal with. Better to avoid the the excuses and focus on fwd connection and goal kicking conversion.

Poor execution is one thing. players make mistakes. it happens. it's not on purpose. but poor discipline is selfish and stupid. Kozzies indiscipline cost us. he needs to learn. I'm glad Goody took him to task. And Goody should give JVR a spray while he's at it. Badly needed him on Friday night but he was sitting on the pine, suspended. He needs to learn as well.

I'm not Tommo's biggest fan. Reckon his form has been patchy this season. Pushed TDK in the back for carltons 2nd goal. Lost him for the first goal. Trailed behind his man most of the night. Slow and immobile. I understand we need the 3rd tall to free up Lever but can disco play this role instead?

Well they should have waited until post finals to offer the extension then. Reflects pretty poorly on their decision making processes if they are regretting the decision already.
