NON-MFC: Round 06
Did you hear a commentator calling our Langford a Superstar during our game?

VOTES: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
Interesting. I love Windsor, but I thought he was very ordinary today. Fantasy points agree. He was our sixth lowest rated player, and that includes two who played half a game. Still, everyone sees things differently, and I might have missed his contribution.

Unimpressive quarter by umpires.

Poor by Lindsay a minute ago, resulting in Freo goal.

Who says we can’t kick goals? Go Demons.

PREGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
Multiple annoying posts saying things like “if I’m Simon Goodwin”, “if I’m JVR”, etc. You should know if you are. Or perhaps posters mean, “if I were Simon Goodwin”, etc. How about we pay at least some attention to grammar? Call me a pedant if you wish, but I find it annoying.

Has done well, but has often ignored teammates in better positions.

Melbourne Fans Mindset
I went to the MCG on Saturday and saw a bottom four team. Compare our premiership team with this one and tell me who is better than they were then, or who has come in and replaced someone? Good as Windsor is, he isn’t yet a replacement for Gus. No one is near Hibberd, Jackson, Brown or ANB. And the rest have gone backwards. We’re miles off it.

To be fair, a number of Pies players already have a B.Thug.

Content to share with someone new to Australian football.
When explaining, you can use illuminating phrases like “lower the eyes”, “ take it at its highest point”, and “he gets on his bike”. These are sure to help.

Troy Chaplin
It might help the midfielders if the forwards learn to lead and block for each other.

New coach prospects
No way he’s the right clearance coach. He was great at forcing a stoppage, but that’s not the game any more. And while it’s not essential for a coach or teacher to have mastered their content, it’s hard when the content is the opposite to their life’s experience.
