Kings Birthday Sold Out
I grew up going to test cricket with my dad, it was simple if you want to leave your seat you wait for the end of the over. Same thing should apply with the footy, a goal or quarter time (each direction). I did get into an argument with security last summer though, they didn’t like where I was standing and told me I had to get to my seat, I tried explaining the etiquette of waiting until the end of the over but they weren’t having it

Kings Birthday Sold Out
I have enjoyed the "post"-covid rule change. I'm not a heavy drinker now by any means, but enjoy being able to sip through a drink or two whilst the game is on and I can watch it live and not on a tv. Definitely a bit of societal/generational shift towards alcohol and drinking culture though. Will be curious to see if it stays. Imagine it will be decided by $ though.

PREGAME: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
Happy with Chandler in the team for a bit longer, Still ticking over score involvements but agree he is having a patch where he needs to convert more. Kept a close eye on him in the Carlton game, was getting into great positions and often ignored. Either way, leads to the question, Does a small forward work as the sub?

Kings Birthday Sold Out
Heard someone advocating trading Salem the other day.

MBJMcV!
Threat title looked like my cat walked across the keyboard. Love what Judd is bringing to the team, not bad for a rookie selection!

Next Generation Academy
That is a little odd about Riak. Alonzo a strong name, hope me makes the grade

Harmes Cops a Week
Kozzie got 2 weeks and people said that wasn't enough, didn't even hurt Smith. This should be 4 weeks.

2023 Injury List
Assume an ankle arthroscopy?
-
Mac Andrew
Little hard to predict, Injured all of 2022. Fit now and has debuted for the Stingrays having played the last 2 games and been listed both times in "Best Players". So promising with scope for improvement. Imagine given as he's still raw and hasn't played much footy in recent times he should hopefully slide beyond 40. We'll just have to see how the 2nd half of his season goes.

Mac Andrew
Maybe a thread title is required, thought he had done it again. Mac clearly a long term project, don't think they'll pull the plug any time soon. Maybe Mac will want to play with Riak in a few years though.

What They Are Saying At Princes Park
My mate when I ask if he wants to come with me to the footy Not sure if I want to be in the mcc when we're losing to Melbourne by 85 points at qtr time
-
Sestan & Verrall Re-Sign
Max owns Chandler too. Both are Bronze Owners - which is $1,745
-
Harry Himmelberg
Probably a more cost effective solution and a good age bracket. Gives time for Jefferson to develop properly as well. Not entirely sure how he's tracking but if we can get Riak Andrew as well we'd be improving our key position stocks even if he'd be a few years off.

The List
Any frequent Casey watchers able to comment on how quick Blake Howes is?

The List
Yeh can park it for a little, but interesting to have this thread up and about the same time people are debating whether we should enter a bidding war for the #1 Pick. In the meantime we keep an eye on Kynan Brown and Riak Andrew and trust the list gurus

The List
Makes me miss Jayden Hunt.

The Run Home
Was discussing with a friend after the game on the weekend, can see us losing a few more - but given the results all teams have had this season, where we'll land on the ladder is another question. Hopefully land in the top 4 but might be tight., On current form we'll lose to Collingwood but some of the other Ls from your tipping could go either way.

- Will you BOO Luke Jackson this weekend?
-
Conspiracy
If they end up with the spoon due to an interchange infringement, it will be the most blessed inadvertent tanking job known to man, but i do like a conspiracy theory so its a clever tanking job aha

Fritsch sent for scans too
Training right next to Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre, convenient for a scan but also unlucky if media are lurking. Getting us all worked up.

The Soccer thread
Last few years Foxtel only had soccer through its affiliates ESPN (MLS) and BeIN Sport. MLS now on Apple TV and with BeIn out of the door i'm not sure Foxtel have any soccer (at this stage).
