  1. At first I thought Melksham was a good Sub, but Smith has versatility at both ends and some leg speed. Will be curious to see what the 22 (23) looks like when Fristch is back
  2. I've been flip flopping on whether it is worth trading picks up for Reid. But if North do get the double gift, leaning more in favour of doing it.
  3. https://www.wheeloratings.com/afl_stats.html good for looking at coaches vote and filtering by club/position/age/whatever We've got 3 mids in the top 25 for "Midfield" category. Good to see.
  4. Smith has that burst of speed and pack marking ability, the two things BBB isn't great at. When BBB is doing the above, it doesn't look great but he does other work which often goes unrewarded or he's impacting play even if doesn't get a touch on the ball. He did have a limited game on the weekend but still contributed. The coaches value this work but it doesn't help when Joel comes on and basically seals the game. Not sure if BBB will stay in this week, got the Tassie game in 2 weeks too.
  5. 6. Ignoring the fact it will benefit us, the way i see it, everyone took pleasure at our misfortune, we've definitely got some credits in the bank here
  7. This is why I've delayed getting tickets to the game, everything else booked. Excited
  8. Settled for a nice blue cocktail myself, almost finished my walk home, and I only live in Richmond. Might settle for the kayo mini tonight
  9. Met up with a Brisbane Mate at half time and I believe I said Melksham was killing us. So I also apologise to the milkman
  10. The Cats have played 186 games at home since Collingwood last played there in 1999, unreal aha.
  11. McVee lined up on him in the first meeting didn’t he?
  12. Very hard to gauge where the dockers are at this year. Happy to reap the benefits in the interim though

  15. Minor comment not related to the result, this is the 2nd time we've played Geelong in Retro Round and they've worn a special kit, are we ever going to bust out an old-school retro kit ?
  16. Hopefully Brown has a good run for Casey this week. Would like to see him back in asap, would help the small forwards as well.
  17. Yeh not a fan of a small forward being the sub.
  18. Last 4 weeks we’re 32.58.
  19. Yes, Vertically
  20. We hit the post 3 times in total, pretty sure Kade did it twice cos I was laughing cos i had him to score 2 in my multi.
  21. Did he hit the post once or twice on KBD? Getting closer at least
  22. Yep, he's so good at picking it off the deck and dancing his way towards goal. Don't mind him going for an occasional hanger but a few too many take offs at the moment.
  23. Don't think you can ground Air Pickett, although it would be nice if he actually held one aha
  24. roy11 replied to Turner's topic in Melbourne Demons
After today it’s clear our target should be… between the big sticks
  25. Caught it from Geelong’s prelim team from 2021
