Was in rehab group for the training session with calf strapped, but moving relatively freely. Did plenty of jogging and kicking. Suggests a bit of a corky only, ice is consistent But wouldn't surprise if the glad wrap prank turns it into a 4-6 week scenario given our season!

Lever didn't get through training, Hannan needs another game at Casey surely In: Salem, JKH, ANB, Weids, Hibberd, Out: C. Wagner, J Wagner, Spargo, Petty, Fritsch Edit: Surely Preuss plays... maybe replaces T Smith ? Or even T Mac ffs

Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Lot's of Goal-kicking during and after training today, even more Behind-kicking... No kicking coach visible ?♂️ -
Goody Presser (29/5) & Training Update
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
From: Salem, JKH, ANB, Weids, Hibberd, May (all looking ok, ANB back in main group just dodged the match simulation drill) Rest of injury list: Hannan had the knee tested, but continued in main group, KK going ok, No Petty, Lever off early, Lewis (Ok but susp). No sight of rest (too cold to bother) -

Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Was Hore, Hibberd, Lever (No sign of Petty Hore calf, still working and looks ok ? Hibberd lots of tackles (think he's now main group?) Lever, run throughs, moving Ok but clearly not 100% ANB has joined Hore now for some kicking -
Goody Presser (29/5) & Training Update
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Lever just left track direct from rehab group, hasn't joined main group Doubt he plays -
Marty Hore in rehab group, calf strapped No Petty visable on training track This may tip Goody's hand
-
Unsurprisingly Melksham injury timing blowing out another 5-6 weeks.
-
Jordan Lewis suspended for 1 week.
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to dazzledavey36's topic in Melbourne Demons
Ok, I've resisted long enough but I'm finally convinced... Retire him! Can't put up with this [censored] from a supposed leader considering our desperate list situation -
WELCOME TO DEMONLAND KYLE DUNKLEY

Dimensions? -
His disposal efficiency was 45%, the worst in the whole team Given he got 22 touches, that's 12 potential turnovers, pretty big issue for a defender Edit: Apologies for the repetition of stats, just catching up

Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Neitz the Great's topic in Melbourne Demons
3aw news reporting Jake Lever says he's a chance to play despite rolling ankle -
Wrong, this is the highlight ? https://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/melbourne-victoria-hit-by-heavy-rain/news-story/73c71cd03c7a2c8e8001aec9317361aa

Hmmmmmm So if your name is "legion", then surely it has a capital L ?

Baker looks promising, so I disagree on that Otherwise spot on

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Agree None deserve a spot on Today's performance, and would drop all if returns from injury allow. Spargo was just lethargic tho Lockhart was good v GCS 2 weeks ago, has potential but not best 22, perhaps worth a few more chances -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Massive fail, Taylor surely gone given mediocrity of our recruiting! -
Saw it from a distance Level 2, looked like only bloke in Orange, must've been mouthing off a bit because was cheered out by about 3000 people from Lvl 1 and 2

Sprinklers on Hands coated in baby oil

I'm liking Baker... Done a few really good things and looks to have presence and a bit of pace I hope we play him for at least 5 more games to good sense of his potential
-
Weideman was very good at Casey, Lewis was our best... Surely they get picked after the complete Sh!tshow that was presented today
-
Were you there today? When GWS switched it (which could been seen miles away...) Our players couldn't run to cover them. Just way too slow
-
Ins: Lewis, Salem, Hibberd, JKH, Weids, ANB Outs: J Wagner, C Wagner, Fritsch, Spargo, Stretch, TMac (even if just a rest, he's spent) Tim Smith should stay in, only one remotely looking like key forward today A few others looked sore... Petty was limping a bit
-
Preuss should just stand 20m out directly in front and wait for the aimless bombs into the forward line We kicked it there like 5 times when there was no demon in sight!
