She lost me with her quip at the election some time ago saying the MCC wouldn't want any "Joey from Moe" getting on the board... But what a shocker today after being absent for months...

I don't particularly care for Peter's approach, although his position on governance and need for review is one that seems now to align with many on here given the shambles of past few weeks But this rubbish with people complaining about Peter exercising his entitlements to communicate with members shows a complete lack of understanding of what you've signed up for... You are a Member of the Club, not a subscriber to a service.

Had to treat myself to "the best 17 minutes in the club's history" (BT) From Q3 09:38 and Viney's attack and Harmesy's clearance to Fritta, Frittas next, BBB kicking his 2nd, Brayshaw's mark and goal to hit the lead... Then later on BBB on the wing, busting a contest, winning the free kick, and kick I50 with 58 seconds to go in 3rd... we kick 3 goals in that 58 seconds, opened the last with 2 in a minute and the game is ours - there were many moments in ❤️💙🏆'21 - but that BBB contest precipitated the onslaught that brought home the flag! Love BBB ❤️💙🏆

I'm fairly sure I heard a few comments from someone who'd know on how his last deal progressed in final days... Some similarities here, external interest in media, then an announcement I agree, good on him, know your worth and strike while the iron is hot Can you imagine the panicked fire fighting at MFC last few days... I'd be surprised if there wasn't a good news premium.

I think I remember when Jack signed last deal, there were trade rumours then ??? And a bit of to-and-fro before inking a 6 year deal? Perhaps just negotiations 101...? Get the BATNA value up!

If Jack Viney is going to turn out games next year like the one just gone... I'll take another year of Jack plus free agent compensation at the end of next year over pick 22 this year thanks
