  1. Currently the MFC are a very good team and have been for a few years and are capable of defeating any other team, the problem at the moment is that at least two thirds of the competition are also good to very good sides who are also capable of defeating other team, losses are going to occur.
  2. Might have hurt his finger giving it to the umps.
  3. And the panic has set in in with some.
  4. Back then I am pretty sure it was the rooms that the club now uses as Presidents Lunch rooms, in '94 it may have been the first year that the redlegs was moved from the members reserve area.
  5. Yes, I liked watching him play, had a good yarn with him and Martin Pike one day after a match against Geelong over a couple of beers in the Redlegs bar. Those with personal problems go and talk to someone about it.
  6. Whatever the pollies are , they are definately artificial.
  7. Artificial intelligence, in other words politicians
  8. Sorry Dee Z, when you asked Roost It Far what he was on about in his initial post I posted to you that I suspected he was just trying stir people up. I then saw his next couple of posts and had second thoughts so I deleted my post to you.
  9. Only going by what Bell said to the Western Jets last week when he was here looking into Logan Morris. I did mention that Bell may not be reliable in my post.
  10. As I don't drink coffee that would be no, but I did mention to a couple of posters about catching up at the game and buying them a drink which would be in the Hassett room. I am quite sure there are posters on here who see each other at the games now and again. Hmmmm....
  11. Can't be bothered looking it up, in my day and now you could always neck somebody though.
  12. Ha ha ha What a joke, Nek minute? have you had a few too many
  13. North may grab him, according to Peter Bell{ not sure if that is reliable] Reid has definately told the Eagles not to draft him.
  14. Shut down of what, the garbage coming out of the media and any fool that believes it. Go to the Brodie Grundy thread if you want to reply.
  15. They needed his salary cap, the same reason they got rid of Treloar. If you want to keep going with this move to the Brodie Grundy thread.
  16. That is exactly what happened, but a lot have short memories I think.
  17. Brodie has been informing you of what he wants has he?
  18. Of course we have one and will keep him for the next few years.
  19. Oh hell, let's just give the Eagles our best 22 players for Reid he and the leftovers should be enuff to beat anyone.
  20. Just more garbage.
  21. That is probably the way it will barring an injury prior to game time
  22. As you say it has to be mutual and in this instance it wouldn't be, just as has happened to some players in recent years.
  23. Aggresively?, all I have stated is that Grundy won't be traded. The MFC are not going to trade him, end of story. In the unlikely event that he did ask for a trade they will hold him to his contract as he is a required player. Feel free to believe the garbage coming out of the media and any other person who wants to throw their 2 bobs worth in, you do it well.
  24. Fair Dinkum, Grundy's mum isn't ordering him home. Jackson was out of contract, Grundy is contracted for another few years and the MFC have complete control over his future. You seem one of the ones on this site who falls for anything that the mdia scribes come up with.
