CASEY: PF vs Brisbane
Is that the same for CA (cricket) and test matches. So we get 20/20. They can afford it, I guess all is a commercial product now even though they are a non-profit organisation. So the bottom line is good for CEO's salaries.

Yes H & A, sit anywhere and eat the peanuts.

In the MCC no reserved seats, in the outer all were reserved other than the standing room. I cannot remember getting a GA finals ticket, unless going into the MCC.

If they played 3 games on the day, there could possibly be 6 cheer squads at the game. What beautiful colour that would bring to the G. Your chants could be picked up by the public and sung during the game. More pipe dreams. Bring you lot on between games for a chanting competition and a banner/streamer display. Would love to see that, more than the the international singers. Kind of, going professional, similar to the marching bands in the US.

CASEY: PF vs Brisbane
I have fond memories of going to the finals and seeing the under 19's (I think), then the reserves, prior to the firsts game. Great for two reasons, such a full day and because our first team didn't often make the finals there was always some from MFC lesser division to watch. This allowed me to be less one eyed and become a fan of footy. The younger generation could be a bit that way. All that booing is so very destructive in its divisive impact on people and society. Love the double headers and the triple headers. Imagine seeing the MFC, women, then the seconds, then the first on a finals day, now we have become a "successful club". Just a pipe dream. Oh well, the Casey games will have to be on the telly.

CASEY: PF vs Brisbane
What a shame, I haven't got a car and find Casey too difficult to get to. I'm pretty sure I am not alone in Casey being hard to get to. They obviously don't want the crowds but prefer the exposure to that developing area. Bad contract, I want a proper 2nds division, with all contracted MFC players and a home in the city. Stop the cost cutting by AFL honcho's. Thanks for replying mad (I'm not gonna take it any more).

Christian Petracca hairline fracture.
Would have liked Smith to get a run, as playing in the VFL is a big step up to AFL. The benefit of getting used to the speed and pressure would have helped if he gets called on later. Also, to see if he is up to it at all.

Could that mean, a chance of another double header.

POSTGAME: QF vs Sydney
Agree, they have trouble at home, not that we will be out next week. To win the big one, we have to play the G better. That is why playing on it could give us the learnings needed to develop a system and confidence to do it well. We aren't far off and an extra game out there may be what we need. They will now be in the rhythm of sleeping in their own beds and having a routine without travel. If anything the travel must be a bonding exercise that they have to create when at home.

POSTGAME: QF vs Sydney
We're not playing the "G" well. Whenever we tried to take it through the corridors and not the boundaries we got found out. We seem to spoil each other by wanting to go at least two up in the pack, and we continually kick to contested and congested areas. I thought we were doing alright, but we have to take those opportunities. Great pressure from the Swans, we didn't handle that well. Many were fumbley and panicking. Need stronger leadership, to create a steadying mindset. We get to watch an extra final, if we can pick ourselves up and get our winning form happening at the "G".

It has been drizzling for about 10 minutes. I expect it to stop soon, petters out then comes back. Nearly stopped now.

I thought I'd see @WalkingCivilWarrun on the oval with hugs all round! Langdon had a walk by the cheer squad They did it again, this time Langdon with Hunty. Thought for sure WCW would sprint out. @WalkingCivilWar

Does that mean you'll be at "it" all day, in sympathy with Good and Hib.

GAMEDAY: QF vs Sydney
Love that our back-line hate, hate letting goals through against them. It won't be like last night. The mids do everything to get the ball, our whole team is great at transitioning between defense and offence, the forwards are getting it together at the right end of the season. We have heart, cohesion and they buy into the Goody doctrine. To not get close, the wheels would have to absolutely fall off and be put down to a "bad day on the park". In worst case, we have a double chance. Great place to be. Our big guns (Gawn, Oliver, Trac, Vines, Lever and May) to lead the show, others to play their roles and take the opportunities. Hunty, Sparrow, Melksham and Langdon to have beauties. Hoping Fritta gets in the game early, probably the same to BBB, and Kysiah. Find the fast way to goal! Go Dees

NON-MFC: Finals 2022 Week 01
Both teams are carrying passengers, and some who switch off or make the simple errors. Some of the goals after turnovers have been good. There is too much fumbling from both sides. Glad our coach never looks a goose when the vision pans to him. Big umpires advantage to Bris. Could be anyone's game.

NON-MFC: Finals 2022 Week 01
He'll focus on getting the footy and leave everything else alone. Unless he doesn't learn the lessons, he can't be that stupid. He was a big distraction for the team, in the last fortnight.

NON-MFC: Finals 2022 Week 01
Great that the finals are on. So glad we have home finals. Bris Rich will be a hard game. Big hits and arm wrestling.

TRAINING: Thursday 1st September 2022
Good to see the seconds on the paddock, about 3/4 of the way during the first squads run. Given that they have the bye, my guess is that they will be around the team all today and tomorrow, offering support, learning about the lead up to finals, and being, generally involved.

Hey Kev, perhaps you should delete old pics you’ve posted and that are no longer needed. You just go to your account, click on ‘my attachments’ and select the pics you don’t need, and delete. Thanks WCW, this worked for me. Now I have 4.88 MB.

Does that mean, download the app, put the files on that app, then what? Use "other media", and insert into post from that url, or go to add files from that app. Can you give me more instructions, please . WCW said to clear the attachments in my account, that worked. No need to use imgur now. @demonlad
