  1. In the past I have rocked up with my general admission membership and been able to get a seat, albeit way up high on level 4. I just tried upgrading my general admission membership barcode then on ticketek and it doesn't show any available seats. I am assuming this means all reserve seats have been sold. BarnDee I may be joining you in the back row of level 4!
  2. Brilliant. I didn't seriously think you would be ONE OF THOSE! You have 10 years on me. Hats off to you.
  3. A free defibrillator perhaps?
  4. Ha yes, I do remember that. That was when I read this site daily but was too scared to actually post anything! Now look at me go.
  5. Oh no, 3165 is a bomber????? Sorry, so sorry 3165. Sincere condolences. Carry on saying anything you like about anyone. Whatever gets you through this difficult time.
  6. 3165's views do come across pretty hateful. I hope 3165 gets some joy in other areas of their life because it doesn't appear that our beloved dees give he/she much!

Done deal. However I am sure Essendon FC will still find some awful way to annoy us even from middle earth. Cause some kind of earthquake or something obnoxious ;-)

Of course you guys are the best banner crew. Never in doubt. And of course anything surrounding Essendon is the worst. It just is how it is.
  9. Oh no, are you the same person that recently posted Viney has no football IQ? Is there anything about anyone on our list that meets your high standards? Anyone?

Good grief. Is this how they behave when their team is winning or just won the game? What would they have done during a Mark Neeld type disaster? The bummers by name and character :-) WCW you are an absolute trooper.
  11. Yay, hawks loose. Feel a little better now.
  12. 6. Any dees supporter who travelled from interstate to watch the game live. True dedication. Love you. 5. Any dees supporter who travelled from other regions of SA to watch the game live. Amazing. 4. Any dees supporter who travelled from within Adelaide to watch the game live. Good stuff. 3. Any dees supporter who watched the entire game on TV. Good. (That's me. My mental health is suffering as a result) 2. Any dees supporter who watched until 3/4 time on TV. Meh 1. Any dees supporter who switched off their TV earlier than 3/4 time. Boo
  13. Ah to play the Eagles at the G again. Dreaming
  14. Carry on then without me. It is school holidays. I have enough fighting going on in my living room.
  15. Wo wo wo. I stood up for Viney when you posted that he has no football IQ. I did not intend for my post to be the catalyst for some ugly stuff. You have your views on Viney, you posted them, I have my views on Viney and I posted them. Enough.
  16. That needed a warning, I nearly spewed up my dinner
  17. Reading Cousins and IQ in the same sentence makes me scratch my head
  18. Sticking up for Viney here. He is playing the game at the highest level, he must have some level of footy IQ. He showed heart and grunt in his early years when many of those around him didn't. He is a premiership hero. He has his own thread about making people cry. A little respect please.
  19. I will do it for free if it means I get locked in a room on my own for a few hours and don't have my kids pestering me
  20. Someone called into ABC radio anonymously a few years ago and said the goal reviewer was any low paid employee of the AFL that was rostered for that game. No expertise, qualifications etc. The caller knew because there mate did it over the weekend and apparently just kind of winged it. Wouldn't surprise me if it was and still is like this.
  21. Stick the scan on here. Plenty of medical people and the likes to interpret :-)
  22. Maxy is going to be out for a while, whatever the diagnosis. I know the team is bigger than the individual. But Maxy is huge. HUGE. This team needs to dig deep and somehow find a way to move forward. Coaches, psychologists et al get onto this asap! Us fans can keep grieving hard but the team can't afford to.
  23. Be gone with you. That comment was far to sensible
  24. Seems to be dopey enough without one. Sorry, had to say it ;-)
  25. Great thread! I often don't feel learned enough to comment on the intricate play related threads. But this one, I CAN CONFIDENTLY COMMENT ON!!!! BEST Supporting a team with the most beautiful colours Seeing my children, or any child, wearing those beautiful colours No longer supporting the team with the longest premiership drought WORST Corrupt high up employees of the AFL Inequality in fixturing Feeling ill after a game we should/could have won, but didn’t
