This game was the perfect example of our season, its the reason why we are  7 and not top 4, we dont finish off teams, we don't  have a killer instinct.

agreed and our forward 50 awareness isn't quiet there we don't kick enough easy goals our dominance demands especially that 1st quarter should have been 50pts up.

Plenty of papers on that - lets walk to the car yard and get the $25,000 VW golf , the $35,000 golf or the $45,000 - most people discount the $25k because they feel the won't get enough, or its not good enough - the difference between the $35k and the $45k is perceived value - do I get the same tangible benefits, or am I getting ripped off.

I'd go the $35k  - hence Jake will definitely be coming to Melbourne. You heard it hear first.

Do you have Intel or just a hunch?

    Yep, thought the grand finalists were meant to get difficult draws? Since the bye they've had luxurious breaks between games: 9, 6, 7, 7, 8, 7, 7, 6, 7, 7, 8, 6, 8.

    Compared to us: 6, 6, 6, 9, 6, 7, 7, 7, 8, 7, 6.

    Makes sense.

They don't won't sydney in the GF hey?

    Cu#@s

So we're the only top 8 team given a 6 day break between rounds 22 and 23. What a [censored] surprise. 7 day break for Collingwood.

Essendon given 8 days to recover between matches against Gold Coast and Fremantle. What a staggering coincidence.

Only other teams to get 6 day breaks are Brisbane, North Melbourne, Hawthorn and Bulldogs, all playing against each other to keep it fair. Of the teams also vying for a spot:

    Sydney - 8 days

    West Coast - 8 days

    Essendon - 8 days

You'd think a logical person would've scheduled West Coast v Adelaide on Saturday, considering they have an 8 day v 9 day break, rather than allowing 6 v 7 for a team on the cusp. Self inflicted, sure, but the AFL never do us any favours. Once again treated like pushovers by the AFL.

what do you friggen know Sydney "golden child" swans 8 day break f me there last two months have been littered with 7 and 8 day break a massive F U too the AFL disgraceful.

  5. Gotta love the Journey. One thing that [censored] me off greatly on Sat was the refusal to use Watts as a spare back reads the game well wasn't influencing the game forward and can take a grab and is effective in this role. The amount of times NM found Brown on a lead was ludicrous massive fail for Goody on weekend.

If Geelong appeal Danger gets OFF! 100%

The AFL will be telling Geelong to appeal and the AFL will be telling the MRP to down grade the suspension to a fine.

    It will happen...

No red faces on Brownlow night!

Rule change for Brownlow will be made for next season...

100% gets off there is no doubt in my mind. Pin up boy for the AFL he ain't getting suspended. Can you imagine him giving the brownlow to Dusty hahaha no chance the AFL are the Mafia.

We were out marked because North waited behind the pack with the wind and in front of the pack with it.

    Windy footy 101.

The effort looked ok- the energy levels low .

I'm not about to set myself on fire over this weeks loss.

We got out scrapped in the last half and allowed them to run down the clock.

    Very ugly game-too many stoppages.

Terrible spectacle, Third world facilities by all reports but the AFL don't care as long as they have footy in every state.
