josh thomas is better than Phillips. Phillips is a one paced, one sided outside midfielder that doesn't attack the footy all that hard. thomas is quicker and harder and an all round better player. Tom Phillips is a glorified Chris Johnson (the Melbourne player) that finds a lot of th ball
