  1. Just need to settle here. Brad Johnson being horribly biased as well.
  2. Mitch Hannah would go close as well! What a pick up he has been!
  3. Good to see a flag has turned Dog supporters into a huge pack of whingers.
  4. He has delivered for a month, now. Some just chose to ignore it. Love what is bringing to our side. Great first term, pressure immense and our decision making has been excellent!
  5. Sorry, I meant Tom Bugg's post on Instagram, not a post on here. I meant the his post is worthless to us as we don't have any clue as to the context or background.
  6. Before you get all high and mighty, LH, how do we know the entire background behind it? He has tagged Johannisen in the picture and with Watts pulling a face it may be a bit of banter between the two - how do we know they aren't friends off the field and it's all just fun and games? It's why I don't follow the players on any social media. It's worthless, like his post above, as we have no idea who they know or why they are doing it.
  7. It's not a crime to have a sense of humour, BA.
  8. How good is it to be playing meaningful matches at this stage of the season? I know we were an outside shot at the 8 late last season, but this feels different. We truly feel as though we can be a finals side, and a finals side who won't just make up the numbers. Long way to go yet, but it's exciting to be playing for something other than pride for once.
  9. Spot on, titan. We can't kick it long to a contest like we did last week with Howe, who just picked everything off with ease. We did it in the second term, but the moment we lowered our eyes in the second half we took him out of the game. Hopefully we have learned from that and we don't allow Wood to dictate terms.
  10. Really looking forward to this game. Regardless of their form, the Dogs are tough opposition and will smack us around on their home turf if we don't play at our best. The thing that has me excited for this game is that, right now, I believe our best footy is better than theirs. If we get our running game going and we are breaking even around the clearances then we can easily kick a score that can win this game. Our diversity up forward has held us in good stead to this point and there is no reason why this can't continue. Dees by 20 points.
  11. There are 10 teams on the same number of wins or 1 win behind us. It's the nature of the season.
  12. No worries mate, completely missed it!
  13. Why? Who does he push out of the side? The last time he was rewarded he did stuff all for 4 games.
  14. Port are doing enough to keep the Lions at bay, but they're nothing but flat track bullies who will fall over at the first sign of a challenge. They won't be a factor come September.
  15. We've had plenty of these gifts so far this year, but we've ended up giving them back the next day. Let's see if we can unwrap and keep this one.
  16. Like away my good man!
  17. Gee I'm good.
  18. I'll call it now - Tigers will still lose this game of footy.
  19. Everyone loves the Tigers and I have no idea why. They don't play a brand of footy, nor have the cattle, that will hold up in September. Matthew Lloyd was even calling Dimma the 'Coach of the Year'. I hope they keep pumping up their tires as their fall will be all the more enjoyable when it happens. Edit - and by everyone I mean them media. We all know every neutral fan hates the Tigers.
  20. Careful mate. The last person who started a similar hashtag has fallen off the face of the Earth, never to return. No need to give yourself the same fate!
  21. I doubt it, Chook. Just give it some time.
  22. No idea why they've given Norf and St. Failda a Friday night game. There is barely 10,000 people there.
  23. Get a bucket then as it's going to happen. I believe they do it to preserve him so he can do more of the rucking in the second half.
  24. Did he? I'm not so sure about that. He was serviceable against the Dockers but Pedersen has given us more, outside of hitouts, than Spencer has and we've been fine. If we were playing against someone like Goldstein then I could see the merit in selecting him, but the Dogs don't really have a ruckman either so I see why they didn't select him.
