I think we need to be patient. Before the match against Hawthorne, Dermie stated it takes 6-8 weeks to get use to a new styke of football, but I think it will takes us longer than that! Only time, training and good recruiting will change the situation, FYI, Moloney and Petterd did not play at Sandy, so they must have been injured !

Rivers was on the list, but I don't think he will play. Good to see bartram back

DB at the breakfast ,stated that at a trial during practice , PJ beat Jamar in Tap outs 6 to 5, an hence played in the NAB challenge match. Meesan was behind these 2, at the moment. He has good physical abilities, but needs more development.

Rivers probably wont play. DB advised at breakfast on Thursday, that Rivers is looking to round 4 or 3 to be back.

Thanks for Brock Mclean fr PM for the info. Maybe next time the club will give more notice , so more cam attend. Just before Xmas, is a bad time to hold this type of event. In 08, I will join the Demonology/Demonland Player Sponsorship Group, so I can come to the presentations , and also to become more involved !!

We have 1advantage, ie our Name or Brand - Melbourne They cannot transfer us out of our name sake city ? AFL would lose the rivalry between the cities.

I have noticed that whenever we are favortites , the team lack harness, and intensity. The players seem to get too complacent!!
