  1. Would have to think the way they have acted of late would've been a factor. Suck [censored]
  2. What are you trying to say Clint? lol
  3. Listen to Mahoneys interview from yesterday, the club has a system in place to ensure players are paid accordingly. I was also concerned, but not after hearing him speak about it.
  4. From 10:00 mark, maybe that'll answer your question? https://omny.fm/shows/trade-radio/josh-mahoney-on-the-late-trade-1
  5. I'm surprised you went back to 1994 to use Dunstall as an example, might as well throw Ablett Snr in there too. Dunstall was a superstar, Watts will never be. Times change and so does professionalism of the sport. Game has changed a bit in the last 20 years. Oliver is actually a good kick, just rarely does it. I do see your point though. As I've said, theres more to this story and it'll all come out eventually with what happened when Watts was injured and also what happened in pre-season.
  6. I definitely like your thinking here redleg. Puts pressure on Weid to lift also plus the go home Factor of hogan always there plus Weid possibly not making it, Watts out the door and Pedo ageing it's a yes from me. Rockliff spoke highly of him on radio today apparently
  7. Not convinced on Goodwin just yet but I rate Mahoney highly. Let's see.
  8. Which is why I'll back the judgement of the FD, after all, they're the ones trying to offload him.
  9. When did I say he's trained poorly once in 9 years? I've only been to training twice. Stop being ridiculous and twisting words.
  10. Actually yes on one occasion. But I'll back the FD and LG in here in regards to JW
  11. As per redleg post, I'd bundle up for Schache if we could
  12. Absolutely & I love JW's good stuff but we are trying to build a culture and set standards and the FD & LG have identified that he's a problem.
  13. I'm fairly sure it was Vineys opinion about Oliver being the hardest trainer, last to leave the club. As for JW, it's all there for you to see.
  14. Oliver is the hardest trainer at the club, never stops trying on-field. JW, well....the opposite.
  15. Yep I'd have a crack at Schache with what we have left (points up our sleeve).
  16. All good mate, its all rumour and innuendo until proven and was just taken off a twitter page. I would've thought we'd do this deal first perhaps though
  17. I think they should retire 31 forever & get some pride back in to no.8 after turd wore it.
  18. Freo apparently asking for pick 27 for Balic. Would maybe explain the hold up
  19. I was more hopeful that we'd use next years first rounder to pick up another best 22 player this year and not go to the draft. Anyway, welcome Jake.
  20. What do you suggest for a pick swap? Anyone got any ideas?
  21. Unsure, was in the car and it kept cutting out. I was hoping we could get another player but all eggs have gone to Lever probably. If we get a trade for Watts we will have approx. 27, 29, 30, 35 ish. Would it be better to find some already established players than the draft? Anyway, in Mahoney we trust
  22. Mahoney pretty well eliminating any chance of us trading for another player if I read him correctly, putting to bed any rumours that we are after someone else besides Balic who we knew of.
