  1. Wow 3 posts for 3attacks, play the ball not the man, add some value or discussion yourself
  2. There are a lot more floggings this year so hard to tell if clubs are putting the cue in the rack or what’s happening. The big wins are enjoyable but the easy losses are quite frustrating, especially when we know what we’re capable of. Carlton we’re terrible so 109 not surprising, Adel we’re decimated with injury. I just want us to beat the good sides as they’re the ones we could be playing in September
  3. No, we lost round 23 last year, missed finals and we should never have let them beat us. We had won 6 in a row, had a shot at second spot and we weren’t switched on from the first bounce. We should have beaten them and we should never have allowed them to beat us after last year. Passionate I might be, a dill I am not. No [censored] they killed us, captain obvious
  4. I can't name another player, I think Salems kicking has gone backwards or he takes the safe option chip like Lewis. It has been a problem for years, we recruit meat & potatoes, but not match winners. Our captains are two terrible kicks, how inspirational.
  5. His kicking is ordinary, he either tries to kick the air out of the ball and just bombs it constantly. He's not a very good shot at goal for a 'forward' either
  6. Treloar gone for potentially 10 weeks for Pies - Massive loss for them.
  7. Jeez Mason Cox irks me, smug, mouthy, cocky turd.
  8. Thats where the frustration is though OD, last year we beat top of the ladder Adel in SA, WCE in Perth and took it up to Richmond and would have won if not for injuries......but this year, we are not even close, so the question is, have we actually gone backwards?
  9. I said it'd most likely be 2, however I think we need 4 to have better structure, if that happens over a couple of weeks then all good
  10. Would it promote more collusion? Or does it work OK?
  11. I'm with you mate, totally over Gil and his radical rubbish. Next year could be the year I walk away from it altogether.
  12. When a player plays bad, its "oh they were tagging so and so" - a demonland habit thats only crept in lately. Denial is the first sign of failure they say.
  13. Do the predictor, have a crack.
  14. Am thinking a little re-jig here and maybe outside the box. Do you bring in a kid who has been emergency, or reward recent form? Maybe give Petty a game for next 3 otherwise replace with Frost. Will probably only be 2 changes but this looks a better balanced team to me, what we are doing isnt working In: Weideman, Petty, Spargo, Stretch Out: T.Smith, Vince, J Smith, Tyson B: Salem, O McDonald, Jetta HB: Hibberd, Frost/Petty, Lewis C. Melksham, Viney, Fritsch HF: T McDonald, J Hogan, Harmes F: N Jones, Weideman, Petracca Foll: Gawn, Brayshaw, Oliver I/C: , , Hannan, Stretch, ANB, Spargo I've edited this 20 times, not easy but did my best.
  15. And I hope he does get weeks.
  16. They flooded early but agree he should be played forward.
  17. Interesting comments from Brereton over the weekend that he reckons Hogan has lost confidence in crashing packs, my take was that Goodwin has confused him and he doesn't know whether to be a midfielder or a KPF. Apparently 7 times on Friday night Hogan didn't jump for the ball but turned around front and square and tried to rove.
  18. I'm not debating he shouldn't get weeks, I hope he gets his fair serve, however remembering a players whole career because of it? Forgive and move on, in time.
  19. Updated running prediction
  20. SWYL, I played and coached senior football for many years, I've had the injuries, I get it. What I don't get and think it's stupid, is you wanting to remember a players career over one incident. He most certainly is a star, that plays aggressively, would've loved to have had him last Friday night
  21. Let go of the past, otherwise you wont enjoy the future. Have a nice day.
  22. He is out of hospital already. Can happen with any clash, yes it was a dog act but why remember his whole career from one incident? He's a star of the game who stuffed up, went to Andrews post match and apologised. He'll get weeks, we move on, jeez.
  23. As I said, take a look at Vince and Lewis careers, plus Bugg last year. WGAF, don't be so dramatic.
  24. No he mustn't, he made a mistake, he most likely wont do it again, stop the hate and forgive. We have Bugg, Vince and Lewis who have all done stupid things also.
