The Ultimate Forward
Traccas set shots are only slightly better than Max. As such it nullifies his forward prowess.

Gawn Main Ruck, Grundy Up Forward?
Makes sense to me. If Petty ain't going to be there, we need someone. It's really not working at the moment. In 21 , we had Bbb, Tmac, Fritta and Jackson. Now we just have Fritta and a young Jvr. Fritta is not a tall and Jvr doesn't have a big body like Tmac. I hope Bbb gets a run this week. Eventually I see Jvr as a chf and hopefully we can recruit a big ff . In the meantime I think we have Bbb, Fritta, Smith and Jvr. If Bbb doesn't work than Petty. We are atm playing just one tall in Jvr and while Jvr has a great leap, he's not a " big tall" at 193cm. So Max or Grundy there , when not rucking makes sense.

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs Geelong
Given no Oliver and a completely under ready Petty, a dysfunctional forward line, we lost by 2 kicks at one of the grounds with the biggest home adv on the comp. It wasn't a complete disaster. And if Anb had not fumbled we may have just snuck home. Not saying there were a few players that put in shockers but we almost won.

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs Geelong
After all that, we played reasonably well. Our forward line clearly didn't function but our delivery into it was poor. With a non performing fwd line we still almost won. We will make top 4 with our percentage and run home but I dare say we Must beat gws this week. Must! And for this reason I really wish despite all the good will, love and all, this game wasn't switched over a thousand ks away There I've said it. What's more important, the $ for sacrificing our home adv or maximizing our chances for another flag. In the end, more flags equals more moola.

CASEY: Rd 14 vs Geelong
I wish I could argue on the basis of his stats but I didn't see the game so I can't really insist otherwise. Cheers.

Collingwood at Kardinia Park
This cwood has more support argument is ambiguous. Kardinia park only holds a certain number of opposing fans. The fact is Dees fans miss out in attending as well. It's politics if we want the truth. cwood is a very politically savvy club.

Of Oliver isn't up for AS game, would you roll the dice with Dunstan?

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs Geelong
This opinion might be way off but would it have been a good thing for the non competing ruck to have spent all their time forward. Given the way the ball was going in there and that we were down on marks inside 50 . Why do we have them both of not for switching things up? Also, of I were Tommo I would find it very hard to motivate myself to play well. Lucky he's the consulate professional and won't let this affect him. It's not the first time. Just watched the KB game again and the bloke was fantastic. I hope Goody goes back to his experiment of Petty up forward because , while I think Smith is an improvement and should stay, and that Fritta is a medium, Roo has 11 games in him, we need someone else. I'm not the only one who thinks we can play Smith, Fritta, Jvr and Petty together. We are top heavy with smalls that aren't performing too. Spargo just makes way for Petty while Kozzie and Chandler can crumb. Although the latter seems to be out of form. It seems that Tmacs season is over and while I'd love to see Bbb back, I have no idea what has happened to the bloke since his first two really good games. Is it injury, form or has he fallen out of favor? What I do know, is that our forward line is better with Smith but there is plenty of room for improvement. I do think that with our smaller and mobile fwd line we are better suited playing at the G than grounds like Kardinia
