Kozzy Homesick & Wants to Leave?
Do you think someone from the Club should tell Kossie that Adelaide is 3,030 km from Darwin?

Oliver Trade Rumours
Yeah, we don't know who is actually the cause, so let's sack them all... "She's a Witch!"

You haven't really thought this through, have you!

Not sure if this scenario has already been mentioned. Perhaps Clayton has fallen short of behaviours and targets set previously. Perhaps it was decided that he needs another reality check. Perhaps it was decided, internally, that the football department should remain vocal in their commitment to keeping Clayton (so as no fracture is created when he remains at MFC). Perhaps this is the reason that Pert is the selected 'negotiator'.

Pert and Roffey - The Review Thread
Well , this is conclusive proof that Pert was on the grassy knoll in Dallas!

Oliver Trade Rumours
Why would you walk away from a club that will do everything you ask of it!

Oliver Trade Rumours
That's a surprise!

I'm pretty sure Elon has taken control of Hawk's posts now, so Hawk can recover from the massive swing against him!

That one time you were right!

How Chris Scott differs from other AFL coaches
Gee, I wish we had Chris Scott as coach... hold on, what was that? Surely an AFL deep fake! He failed??? WTF, He was the best in the world just yesterday! Oh well, I'm pleased a former MFC employee brough him to his knees!

NON-MFC: Preliminary Finals
It's remarkable how those who are ultra critical of many hard working, dedicated MFC employees become extremely sensitive to the slightest criticism of their point of view!
-
NON-MFC: Preliminary Finals
Seems like picket's reading of a game is as bad as his understanding of list management!

How typically Melbourne Brodie Grundy
better read more carefully... there's still hope for you! "MFC list management has been very good in recent times. It was pivotal in breaking the drought. It has kept us in top four contention up to the final rounds of 2024. That's not to say it has been perfect, but credit where credit is due would make your concerns much more relevant/readable!"

How typically Melbourne Brodie Grundy
The problem with this type of analysis of list management is that the player motives and opposition club enticements are never factored in. It's a very simplistic view that can be summarized as... "Jordan showed signs of being a good AFL player... MFC list management didn't see his worth... Club shipped him out to first buyer that kicked his tyres!" There are many other considerations when it comes to list management in the 'Cap' years! Every other club would have similar stories to tell about the ones that got away as they try to crystal ball future list improvements/team balance. MFC list management has been very good in recent times. It was pivotal in breaking the drought. It has kept us in top four contention up to the final rounds of 2024. That's not to say it has been perfect, but credit where credit is due would make your concerns much more relevant/readable!

NON-MFC: Preliminary Finals
and this from one who has shown time and time again that his understanding of list management is at kindergarten level!

Cheap shot, from a bloke looking for laughs!

Training Ground?
Can you please make a list of any MFC business that you have not been sceptical of over, say, the last 100 years? Shouldn’t take you long!

Christian Petracca
The notion that the Petracca family and vested interests are infallibly correct in their perceptions of the club is a shallow reading of a complex set of circumstances. Christian is a very good footballer. I believe the club will continue to do its utmost to retain and develop our very good footballers. That’s what we all expect. Just for a moment, consider this possibility: Everything Christian has said, on the record, in club and media publications, is actually the truth! He is his own man, he does speak the truth does he not?

Training Ground?
The problem for you is that the majority here understand that getting a feasibility study ticked off is simply an acknowledgement by the major players that a specific proposal can be achieved. If it is not achieved because of a range of other roadblocks, it doesn’t mean the Board needs to be ejected. A large number here can see that the Caulfield option is one that would satisfy almost all of our needs regarding a home base. Would you prefer the Board take none of the prescribed actions for establishing such a base for fear of failure?

Christian Petracca
The real problem with the MFC's culture is that we have a multitude of 'supporters' who hate the club, hate the club leaders, hate the coach and hate the fact that we aren't the club depicted in the media narrative!

Time to go Goody?
The scoreboard, so far, on those that were reputed to be leaving us in 2024 (by the self-appointed experts)! Oliver X Petracca X ANB yes Goodwin X Kossie X Viney X McDonald X Schache yes Petty X BBB yes Roffey yes

Training Ground?
I think you will find that the playing fields will be ready long before the whole complex is completed.

Pert and Roffey - The Review Thread
I wish Demonland adopted some of the MFC Board regulations so certain posters could be rejected for representing selfish objectives!

Training Ground?
That's it for me, then! Your deflation and financial nous has me rethinking if I want to join you on planet outrage!
