Viney is a ferocious competitor, but too small to concern Maynard. We should swing Big Steven May forward though at some point and have his leading patterns put the worries into that thug.

Kolt wouldn't have played if Kozy wasn't suspended. Seemed like a positional, rather than Casey form selection. And Kozy returned, so he was dropped. I really don't think it had anything to do with not being ready. Goody as done the same to Tomlinson. Dropped him even after decent games.

Melksham did actually show a solid 10 or so week block of good form last year that gives us some reason for confidence in his ability when fit. Whether his body is up to it or not remains to be seen though.

It was a terrible terrible loss, and big changes are needed if we're to contend, but there are quite a few overreacting on this forum. Season isn't over. the competition is crazy from week to week. Ive watched zero neutral games this year. Tuned in to a close finish once or twice but that's it.
