Hello all. I'm back! As George said, a tree took out my power and telephone connections (and a part of my house). I didn't even know Demonology was down until last night when George called my mobile. The ISP are fixing the problem at the moment. Tim

It may take some time for you to be able to "see" Demonology. As explained in my previous post, it has a new IP Address. It takes time for that information to "travel" between ISPs. Tim

The Forum is just a small (although most used) part of Demonology. There is much more to it.

The site design is as object-oriented as I could make it with the language. I have written a lot of stuff in Delphi.

The Server that Demonology lives on died. The ISP have moved all sites to new hardware and an updated version of Micro$oft software ( a planned move that had to be brought ahead) which is incompatible with the programming language with which I used to write the Demonology. I understand they are awaiting parts for the broken server (today?) which will then only host Demonology until I complete the re-write of the site in a new language. Sorry for the inconvenience! Tmi

We have all players entered into our database at Demonology. You can view them by Guernsey Numbers, Heritage Number, Surname, Year Played and so on. HTH Tim

The site was down earlier today due to a Hard Disk failure wich they fixed reasonably quickly. I think they are rebuilding the server at the moment. The company owner is a collingwood supporter so Demon considerations are not given high priority. <_< Tim

I am entering round by round who played in each game. At present I'm up to 1936, the year Wally Lock debuted. I'm averaging about a year a day so you can follow his career (statistically speaking) if you wish. Wally Lock Down the bottom of the page you can click an a year to see his stats. Only 1936 is available so far but more will appear over the next few days. Tim

As far as I am concerned Demonlanders are welome at Demonology, just as I believe Demonologists are welcome here. We all support the same team! Tim
