I have downloaded it to my notebook, then try to copy to iphone AS A RINGTONE - error message comes up - won't let me ,and says I can only copy song as a ringtone if I have purchased from ITUNes . Do I download it straight onto iphone from Safari browser?

Jaded, seems too good to be true- can you GUARANTEE there is no download fee, or charge to phone account, and ongoing charges unless you opt out?
