  1. Hopefully this thread not only includes rumours but long bows as well, because here is one.... Max Gawn just followed Jonathan Ceglar on Instagram. Is possibly seen as third in line at Hawthorn, given they have McEvoy and Pittonet. Is contracted to end of 2019, perhaps with North playing hardball with Preuss, we may be looking at Ceglar.
  2. So goodbye to all our depth. Out: Hogan, Kent, Tyson, Vandenberg, Pedersen, Vince, Bugg I'm worried
  3. Imagine this: Trade Hogan to Fremantle for Pick 6 and 5 Trade Pick 5 to Gold Coast for Steven May Trade Pick 6 to GWS for Dylan Shiel Sign Andrew Gaff as a free agent
  4. Hogan for Pick 5 and Langdon
  5. This is my exact thoughts. Imagine Eddie celebrating with his two little dweebs as we lose to the Pies in a granny. God no, just no.
  6. I believe that Melksham is carrying a groin injury. Not enough to force him out, but they will have to manage it for rest of season.
  7. watch the footage of Simon Godfrey sitting next to Neale Daniher, Daniel Ward and Brad Green on repeat.
  8. Garlett was good in VFL so he has at least put his hand up. Spargo cannot be dropped on today's form though. I agree with above: Viney and Hannan in. Tyson and Kent out. Simples (chipmunk squeak)
  9. Garlett for Spargo. Just back Garlett in.
  10. Maybe this is a bit of a "old man" view, but, I don't think it was great preparation for our players to be at Jake Lever's engagement party on the night before a crunch game. The likes of Petracca, Jones Gawn and others were all there having a great time, whilst the Swans would've been minds on the job at their hotel, together, and preparing for the big game. No surprises all uploads from the party on instagram have now been deleted.
  11. Wagner in for Smith. Hibberd still a week away atleast according to Goody. Frost to Buddy. VDB out for Melksham if fit.
  12. What about Jake Lloyd from Sydney? Perfect replacement for Bernie across half back.
  13. Crows have leaked this Collingwood stuff to try and get the Demons to budge on their stance of a first and second and pick.
  14. So we offered a deal. Then the Crows countered with a similar deal. Manager told Melb, Pies and Dogs that Lever was staying. Then we offered a bigger deal that knocked Crows for six (aka BANG). Lever gone to Demons. I think that's what he meant. I have young cousins so I understand gibberish.
  15. Mark Stevens said tonight that Andrew Gaff is gettable. He supported the demons as a kid.
  16. Game 1: 9 kicks, 27 handballs, 36 disposals Game 2: 11 kicks, 24 handballs, 35 disposals Game 3: 8 kicks, 20 handballs, 28 disposals Game 4: 9 kicks, 17 handballs, 26 disposals Game 5: 8 kicks, 24 handballs, 32 disposals Game 6: 8 kicks, 25 handballs, 33 disposals This kid is a god, huge fan, have my babies etc......BUT i just think he should back himself in to kick it more. Won the draft camp goal kicking in his draft year and makes good decisions. Just think the handball/kick ratio is a little out. Should back himself in to kick it more, rather then automatically thinking of handballing whenever he gets it. I know that handballing within tight confines and being clean is his no.1 skill, but he could be even more damaging if he kicked a little more.
  17. I think this loophole of collating picks for points has been halted. The league on Monday night ruled that clubs could enter this year’s draft only with the number of selections that matched the number of open spots on their list. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/afl-abolishes-draft-loophole-that-allowed-clubs-to-gain-an-advantage-by-stockpiling-backend-picks/news-story/112f1b7e18eda1f3127038e1a48a1477
