Thinking about how frustrated Trac looked on the field, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a media story brewing about a disconnect between the players and the coaches (like the Yze criticism a couple of weeks back). Clubs aren’t immune to these stories so I hope it might bring about the change that’s needed.

I thought he was pretty good. I’m glad he also mentioned the coaches. We need an overhaul.

No considering the Dockers aren’t anywhere near going to be the eventual premiers this is way worse.

A seriously confused playing group headed by a coach who has made a mistake implementing a game style that doesn’t suit the list. I remember watching us kick the first 2 goals of the game against Hawthorn in 2015 to then get belted by 100pts. This was pretty much the same thing. No team that has won their premiership has lost by >90 pts this century I’d say so please let’s not have any, “oh we can still win it bs” A performance like this warrants an apology from the club.

Where to start? A playing group that looks confused with this game plan. No effort by the coaches to stem Freo’s kick mark ball movement. Goody basically had the headset off after half time. And for the love of god, please put some heat on this midfield that let the Dockers waltz out of stoppage all game. I had thought we were one of the most reliable footy teams that performs to a standard week-in-week out. I have no confidence in this club anymore and what they stand for.

Whole club needs a come to Jesus moment this week. Casey is in the toilet and the senior team has fallen away badly

Some of us have been banging on about this all year on this forum. It’s too hard to ignore now. I hope the midfield gets the blow torch from the media because they’ve been embarrassing.

I think I might petition to have no Binman on the pod this week because I just can’t put up with 2 hours of this isn’t our midfield’s fault.

According to Binman, 99 problems but the midfield ain’t one 🤣 Getting absolutely smashed in the middle. We will lose every game this year to teams who have a decent midfield.

50-50 game really however with the competition so close, we really need to win today and next week to have a real solid shot at top 4.

If we’re as good as we’re meant to be, I actually expect us to go second after KBD because I think Essendon will lose today and next week.

I don’t think the Eagles side we saw against us will ever return this year. It was like they drank something from the water before us just to knock us off.

Got a feeling the Eagles have a big late out and will be poor against the Saints. Just our luck they had one of their strongest sides and absolutely set them selves for us.

I hope Maynard doesn’t get delayed concussion and miss KBD. I want to see May to do what Darcy did.

This is the weakest Collingwood side we will have faced in probably 6-7 years. We really should be looking for a 5+ goal win.

Pretty happy with that performance. We got our forward half game back, got a heap of forward half intercepts, repeat entries, high inside 50 count and pressed up better. I’m not fussed about the late goals as you often see that with fatigue, but our defence was rock solid and almost kept the Saints to our lowest score this season. I just wanted us to get to 100pts which we did. Also, props to Salem who had a terrific game in the middle We’re still a massive work in progress though. That forward connection just still isn’t there yet and it’s hard to blame just one or two culprits because they all do it. Kozzy goes for his mate McAdam instead of Petty all alone, AnB (had a great game) had a few poor entries, Clarry too, Hunter, Chandler etc. I’d just love to see a game where we just nail that because we’d honestly beat anyone.
