  1. Dont think i have ever seen Ollie Wines kick on his opposite foot either. And for a matter of fact i have seen Oliver use his left foot on several occasions to get himself out of trouble and its definitely not an awkward style at all in fact its pretty fluent. And thats why i pointed out the touch of class he has in him which many have said he doesn't have.
  2. Great work.If they wont tell the player then they wont tell the media which is great! All about getting excited and unwrapping that xmas present.
  3. Mate your getting that stat from a TAC cup game.. Mckenzie hardly played TAC cup due to a major hip surgery.
  4. Possibly could slide now due to his poor performance. Really hope we overlook him, does not interest me at all and the fact he has had two bouts of ankle surgery is a big No No for me. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/afl-draft-2015-fitness-concern-on-sam-weideman-remains/news-story/8bf0ac4385adb23659b60ed19e94f427
  5. And thats why Parish at 3 is a no brainer for me. Personally as much as I'm a huge wrap for Oliver picking him at 3 would be just plain silly.
  6. I have watched him several times live this year and the guys ticks all the boxes for class. He has the same similar traits to a luke Parker with his attack on the footy and strong overhead marking.I know its easy to highlight a player based on youtube clips but having watched him monster blokes i think he has huge upside considering his lack of exposure to the championships this year. One thing this kid doesn't lack is definitely class.
  7. https://mobile.twitter.com/AFL_CalTwomey/status/666880244251398144 His testing results are in. Obviously didn't test well so i dont know if that has any bearing from our point of view.
  8. And that's why I don't rate Knightmare..
  9. Im pretty sure that tweet was more in regards to him slipping to Essendon.
  10. Just read that Weideman and Burton will undergo special medical screening 6 days before the draft. If Weideman comes back as negative it could change the landscape of the top 10.
  11. You were just telling us the other that a source within the club told you we would be getting parish at 3...
  12. Been sold on Parish for a while.. but i have this yuk feeling i had when i got emotionally attached to Wines only to find out we would be taking Toumpas. Hope its not a repeat..
  13. Was just a simple opinion. Certain players can bulk up and some can't. And personally i think Parish will bulk up to have a good afl midfield body in 3 years time.
  14. Because i compare the way his physique is to Nat Fyfe. Not saying Parish will become a big bodied beast like fyfe but Parish is very toned and cut atm and players who are built like that somehow seemed to bulk up well enough. You look at someone like Billy Stretch for example probably same build as parish and already we have noticed how significantly bigger he already looks compared to 12 months ago. Watts Morton and Toumpas struggled to bulk up over the years because they came in wi5h a body shape of a 12 year. All arms and legs and thats it. They never had the footballers build like the Nat Fyfe who was able to bulk up significantly. Maybe also they all had different metabolism aswell.
  15. Looking at Parish frame he looks like the kind of build that will bulk up pretty easy. Once he gets a big bigger we'll see him lining up in the center circle roving off Gawnys taps. For someone who is quite slight and small he is ridiculously good overhead.
  16. Show us the evidence that you said that about Carlton not winning a flag with Judd..Hindsight is such a wonderful thing..
  17. This exact same time last year Sam Landsberger started an article stating that Christian Petracca was set to land at the Saints as they had huge wraps on the kid.Take him with a grain of salt.
  18. We had a planning day for staff and coaching for the under 16s bushies before we start up again and one of the coaching staff from the 18s who is also a great mate of mine from local footy gave me a nudge to say that the recruiting staff were up to meet with a couple of bushies and NSW boys and Oliver was one of them.
  19. Melbourne recruiting staff are up in the regional area this weekend meeting up with Clayton Oliver and family.
  20. Id like to see Olisik take on this now considering he judges a player based 'highlights'
  21. He reminds me of Liam Jurrah
  22. Lol how can you go by a player now on past tense? Especially when we have a good development program installed now.. Silly comment
  23. Where have i mentioned anything about him being in the midfield?Completely missed the point.
