Um he's a rookie on our list.
-
Salem, Hannan and Hibberd all bring much needed experience back into our side. The Hannan selection to me is smart, get him and straight into AFL fitness.

Was also at the airport

JKH sighted also at the airport.

Mark Stevens @Stevo7AFL Salem on board for Dees as they depart for Darwin. Late out with concussion last week. @7NewsMelbourne

Mark Stevens @Stevo7AFL Mitch Hannan, underrated “spark” player for Demons, also on board for trip to Top End, finally injury free. First AFL game of year looming. @7NewsMelbourne I like it....

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - AUSTIN BRADTKE
dazzledavey36 replied to Demons11's topic in Melbourne Demons
Does anyone know whats happened to Austin? Not named on the injury list but from what i have deen he hasn't played TAC cup footy since round 5?? Track watchers in @Satyriconhome.. is he still training with the club on a full time basis? -
Bit of a silly statement there. We overrate Pruess on here too much. Talia is a dual All Australian full back and the other is a VFL ruckman/forward. Talia has way enough experience playing on the monster forwards.
-
Seems like Hibberd and Salem are fit and ready to go. Does a Pruess/Weideman also come into consideration? I feel like we are at a point now where i think we need to start getting games into these two. Adelaide have a tall back line in Keath, Hartigan and Talia. I would try and go match for match and be accountable for Keath who has played as that 3rd tall intercept marking role.

2019 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch

Kemp inability to win big number of the ball as a midfielder worries me though. I also interested and will be keeping a close eye on those names you mentioned already. -
Its as almost like he was trying to play that floating forward in the same form as Luke Bruest. I remember that huge contested mark he took against Rance in his first year and i was licking my lips knowing that was going to be a regular trademark from him. Unfortunately thats pretty much the only time we saw that kind of display.

2019 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
dazzledavey36 replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
Well we currently hold pick 3 in the draft and by the looks of it we cannot trade it this year which is about bloody time in my opinion. With the likes of Lewis and Jones careers close to finishing up i feel we are in need of some fresh exciting talent to come through and take this club forward. With the under 18s championships coming up, AFL.com have done a list of players to look out for. https://m.afl.com.au/news/2019-05-30/u18-championships-20-young-guns-to-watch -

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND KYLE DUNKLEY

He will play at Casey this weekend. -
Keilty, T Smith, Cagner, Walker in my opinion will all be delisted from the rookie list. I would pick a mature age rookie and the rest on under 18 talent who have missed out on the main draft. Surely we can unlock another James Harmes there somewhere?

Saw this news yesterday. Really tragic and thoughts are with Brad and his family..
-
Why Frost? He has exceptional this year. Yeah has the occasional brain fade, but makrs up for it with his dash and ability to want to tak risks. Oscar should be the one gone. Got towelled up by Himmelberg to the point where they actually had to move a first year player in Marty Hore onto him. Adds absolutely nothing to this teams whatsoever. Frost, May and Lever are my chosen tall backs. May to get the number 1 forward, Frost the 2nd and Lever for the 3rd. Hore to play that roaming intercept defender which then frees up Hibberd to play as a run and carry defender.

Its a pity you actually have to explain this to thr usual simpletons in a well thought out way. Stop talking sense LDVC.

Thats right, in the VFL.
