I was impressed by how sharp we looked in intermittent rain with a damp and greasy ball...in the past the wet weather has destroyed our style of footy but that wasn't an issue on Sunday.

Hard to see how Carlton are going to kick a score especially now, this is a team that haven’t kicked 100 points in 2 years. We’ve done it 5 times this season alone.

As a Frankston boy I've always barracked for the mighty Dolphins in the VFL, but obviously have split loyalties on this one now! That Casey side is ridiculously strong for a VFL team especially compared to a team that went out of existence recently and doesn't have an AFL affiliate.....huge mismatch will be a smashing. Man I used to hate Springvale back in the day too....

Fair enough. Just to me that bench looks light on for experience as the consistency of a player's performance doesn't tend to level out until they have at least 40 or 50 games up (some like Jack Watts never get there). Yes there are exceptions like Clayton Oliver. But I acknowledge Spargo and Fritsch have been very good so far this season, Smith I'll be interested to see what he can do.

Hmmmm 3 guys with under 10 games experience with Hunt, Tyson, Pedersen and Gartlett in the 2s. Hope Goody knows what he's doing we're meant to be playing for finals not in development mode!

Have you watched them play much this season? Carlton are terrible, barely VFL standard skills, Essendon must be in complete disarray to lose to them: and even then the Bombers had 7 more scoring shots. Melbourne by lots.

I'd surprised if he wasn't back in our best side as soon as he regains form and confidence in the VFL. Too much pace, talent and X factor to be playing VFL all season! We need more run and carry especially at the MCG as well.
