From all accounts I hear he is a great bloke around the club. Always puts in his all on the field. But thats about it for me. His marking is flaky at best. Constantly beaten by guys younger and far smaller. Kicking for goal isnt anything special. Return on investment has been pretty poor. With Wieds/Hulett learning the craft at Casey, they will eventually work there way in and hopefully cement a spot with Hogan/Jeffy/Watts etc. Cant see Dawes being any part of the future.
