So the only change for Monday is Hibberd in for Bowey. If Hibberd hasn't got up it could be Disco playing, that's why he may not be named in the team, just guessing.
-
The commentator last week said he was a week away.

Interesting point made but I think it would be hard to drop a developing player for a Casey player. I don't think we will ever have a full list playing together so a player like Munro would be safe. This week's possible team. B: D.Smith, Adams, Freeman HB: Howes, D.Turner, Steele C: Woewodin, Dunstan, Buntine HF: Melksham, Jefferson, Grey F: Sestan, Brown, Moniz-Wakefield FOLL: Schache, Jordon, Laurie IC: Munro, Valentine, Munro, Neocleous, Sheppard

With the exception of Farris-White I think every other player would get a game ahead of a Casey player when fit. If you want to be specific White gets a game ahead of Farris-White.
-
B: Lever, May, McVee HB: Salem, Hibberd, Rivers C: Hunter, Oliver, Langdon HF: Petracca, Petty, Neal-Bullen F: Fritsch, van Rooyen, Pickett FOLL: Gawn, Brayshaw, Viney IC: Bowey, Sparrow, Grundy, Spargo Casey B: D.Smith, Tomlinson, Adams HB: Howes, D.Turner, K.Turner C: Woewodin, Dunstan, Jordon HF: Melksham, McDonald, Chandler F: J.Smith, Brown, Schache FOLL: Verrall, Harmes, Laurie IC: Sestan, Moniz-Wakefield, Farris-White, Jefferson The team always looks better with Lever playing the back pocket interceptor the problem is since we moved Petty up the ground and is now injured we haven't had a CHB. Hibberd is too small and Tomlinson too slow I'd rather see D.Turner take over CHB but they are not playing him in front of Tomlinson and Hibberd. The rest of the positions pick themselves. Chandler should be used as the sub.
-
IN: Oliver, Hibberd, Turner OUT: Bowey, Tomlinson, Harmes Chandler the sub. Don't want to see Tomlinson in a Melbourne jumper again he's too slow Turner should have always been ahead of him. B: Lever, May, McVee HB: Salem, Turner, Rivers C: Hunter, Oliver, Langdon HF: Petracca, van Rooyen, Neal-Bullen F: Fritsch, Grundy, Pickett FOLL: Gawn, Brayshaw, Viney IC: Hibberd, Sparrow, Spargo, Smith SUB: Chandler

He's got more possessions and kicked more goals. They are going back to last year with one key forward and Gawn up forward it didn't work last year and I doubt it will work now.
-
Not overly happy with the changes. Surely Brown had to come in. What the hell has Smith done? If Melksham didn't get suspended he'd be in. Tomlinson how many chances does he need to prove that he's NQR. Turner should be in look to the future. Not confident in this game at all. If we lose to Carlton it will be completely unacceptable and will spell the beginning of the end for Goodwin. Can't drop this game.

Time to play the young kids as the season is over

Here's my crack at the possible Casey side. B: D.Smith, Tomlinson, Adams HB: Howes, D.Turner, Steele C: Grey, White, Buntine HF: Sestan, Schache, Moniz-Wakefield F: J.Smith, Brown, Jefferson FOLL: Bell, Laurie, Woewodin IC: Valentine, Sheppard, Gregory, Baldi, Emile-Brennan EMERG: Sheridan, Edwards, McRae

If we lose to Freo the short dynasty is over. If we are going to figure in the finals it's a must-win game.
-
Salem played pretty well.

Just watched the reserves and didn't Disco have a great game. No one else really popped up to me. IN : Sparrow, Turner and Jordon if Oliver isn't fit. OUT: Hunter (sus), Bowey (inj) and Oliver if he's injured. B: Turner, May, Hibberd HB: Rivers, Lever, Salem C: Brayshaw, Oliver\Jordon, Langdon HF: Pickett, McDonald, Neal-Bullen F: Fritsch, van Rooyen, Spargo FOLL: Gawn, Petracca, Viney IC: McVee, Sparrow, Grundy, Chandler SUB: Jordon\Melksham Emerg: Melksham\Laurie

In: Brown, Sparrow, Harmes Out : McDonald, Bowey, McVee he can be the sub. Hopefully, Brayshaw doesn't play in the middle again after that performance. B: Hibberd, May, Rivers HB: Salem, Lever, Brayshaw C: Langdon, Oliver, Hunter HF: Pickett, van Rooyen, Neal-Bullen F: Fritsch, Brown, Spargo FOLL: Gawn, Petracca, Viney IC: Harmes, Grundy, Sparrow, Chandler SUB: McVee

They were cleaner simple as that. Our skills are a problem. We competed but we didn't have the class of Port.

Good side Munro’s injury must be serious been out for a while now. Forgot about Buntine, Koo must be the 23rd man. Farris-White must be playing in the under 18’s again.

Casey possible team B: D.Smith, Tomlinson, Adams HB: Howes, D.Turner, Woewodin C: Jordon, Harmes, Laurie HF: Melksham, Schache, Sestan F: Jefferson, Brown, J.Smith FOLL: Bell, White, Munro IC: Moniz-Wakefield, Farris-White, Grey, Steele, 23rd man EMERG: Valentine, Gregory, Sheppard

Well Salem in is a surprise I suppose they want Brayshaw in the midfield. They rushed him back last year and it ruined our year with his terrible form. Let's hope they haven't rushed him back. How many chances does McDonald need? The Essendon game should have ended his career it was that bad. Not overly rapted with the inclusions, prefer Harmes and Brown but I'll back them in to make the right decisions.

Love the heading. Jetta, Davey, Farmer, and Whelan bring back so many great memories.
-
Ben Brown will be in this week but no doubt Petty was ahead of him. Time to step up Big Ben.
