It's quite an indictment on the psychology of the players though...

Unlike other clubs, losing terribly one week is actually more reason to believe we will win the next week than if we won in the first place. I'm more confident after last week. Maybe that's just me.

Deep down, I feel like most people here feel the same way. This is just the Melbourne way: horrid one week, then good the next.

As much as last week's loss was disappointing, I have us winning this game... because last weeks loss was so disappointing, I have us winning this game. It's got Geelong written all over it IMO.

To be honest, I would prefer it if we didn't play him for the rest of the year (or his contract). But I have already resigned myself to him leaving at seasons end

If Hogan is gone (whether it be this year or the next), I would prefer it if he just left now. It's not like he's part of our long-term future. I know I'm in the minority here.
