no, i don't "want" anyone delisted - i want them all to succeed.

but i'm cognizant of the fact that, at the moment, brayshaw is tracking no better than toumpas as a player.

i would love it if he could become a valuable contributor to the side, but at the moment is averaging less than 15 disposals a game at 68% efficiency across 33 games. it's not good enough, just as toumpas' average of less than 15 disposals a game at 74% efficiency across 35 games is similarly not good enough for a modern football be they a midfielder or a push-up half forward.

if brayshaw was what we had to give up to get a lever in, i'd do the deal in a heartbeat.

    Dig up, not down!  ;-)

c'mon man youre losing all credibility now. Brayshaw was third in the rising start in 2015 from memory, had a cracking year.  he'll be back

He's supposed to be a leader FFS

He is a leader. He did the same at the Hawks (as does hodge) and was a leader there and did alright

imo we would not have won without Lewis's aggression on Sunday

  3. Injury List 4-4-17

    Colin Garland (knee) – season

Michael Hibberd (Achilles) – 1-2 weeks

Liam Hulett (hip) – 1 week

Mitch King (knee) – 3 weeks

Pat McKenna (hamstring) – 6-8 weeks

Joel Smith (shoulder) – 3-4 months

Aaron vandenBerg (heel) – 6-8 week

seems to be getting better, we just need to get those that arent 'injured' match fit - Kent, Frost, Wagner etc.

Irrespective of your view of the MRP findings, I'm sick of so-called leaders of this football club continually getting themselves suspended for acts that are stupid and not at all at tough or brave.

Hopefully the club withholds payments of wages for games missed due to dumb acts. The players certainly aren't meeting their end of the deal when they are sitting in the stands. If either Vince or Lewis goes again this season, they should come back via Casey.

Has Nathan Jones ever been suspended? There are plenty of players who can play hard and tough, without crossing the line.

I agree on Hogan but I thought Lewis was trying to show the way through borderline legal aggression. I dont think we would have won without what Lewis did.  He sparked the brawl and woke us up, he wouldnt have expected to connect like he did and cripps to be a [censored] about it

  5. I thought was a joke when I read it!  3 for Lewis!??  not much vision but Ive looked closely, there is a forearm to the head. certainly low contact.  cripps goes down and then is magically fine 30 seconds later.

I thought Hogan deserved a week as you cant deck someone off the ball but 2 is harsh

add in the varcoe and thompson ones and I just want to lose my SHITT!

  6. we will probably break even at clearances - (Oliver and Cripps will run into each other and the G will shake. Viney will give pretty boy Murphy some attention)

but once we start moving the ball from our back line and spreading the game, we will smash them on the outside (cannot believe I am writing this about the Dees)

aside from 4-5 players they are a rabble

Exactly. I'm the opposite of worried if they select all those talls. Nobody would ever have been worried if we'd picked a tall forward line of Watts, Fitzy and Paul Johnson (not sure they were all on the list at the same time but you get my drift).

I reckon the danger of them playing tall is way overstated. Hunt and co are going to have an absolute field day.

my personal favourite horrible forward line from the Dees was when Garland and Rivers were our 2 key forwards
