  1. Couldn't see Oliver mentioned already

not a bad wrap for the kid!

Clayton’s a high talent and as the summer’s unfolded, you notice him more and more in drills at training. His ground play and ability to extract the ball are quite extraordinary for a young player. At the moment, we’re just adding different levels of fitness to him and some education around what to do when he’s not near the ball. By gee, when he’s near the ball – look out! He wins it more often than not.

T Mac sets the standard for us big time.  aside from Viney and Jones, he is the one that pushes the physical standards. he is 100% committed and does whatever he can to be fit, strong and as good a footballer as he can be - he wasn't blessed with the skills but he is getting everything out of himself.

and for the all the jokes and smashed avos, Gawn is impressing me massively. so driven to succeed! his step up in fittness from 2015 to 2016 was huge and if he improves again, he'll kick 30+ goals and lead the league for contested marks

  3. Fyfe is the best player in the league imo so you'd obviously love to have him if he fit in the cap with no future issues

He would be no saviour but would make us a much better team.

    Still true but.

He is generally an accurate set-shot. His conversion rate over his two years are the facts.

    But yeh it sounds odd.

Can't wait for Planet Earth II to drop.

41 goals to 33 behinds suggests he was not an accurate set shot this year.  Average would be a better word

  5. i dont think 1.7M is that much. certainly a high pressure job where you are universally hated regardless of how well you do. dont forget Roosey was on 1.5 (not comparing their worth or the job they did, just for salary comparison)

the ceo for the company i work for, got double that amount last year in bonuses alone!

You may need to get to training and have a word with Goody and Macca, during the drills he is hardly on the end of the chain, he is part of it, they are utilising his excellent field kicking skills on both sides

sounds like it!  I should be able to make it down tomorrow

I'll be putting some pics on Instagram later

Trac was mainly training with the forward group again today, he is another one that looks better and better each session

They had them practicing non preferred goalkicking on the move today, some of the efforts were 'interesting'

Of the other 'wounded' both Tommy Mc and Pedo did a lot of the session but no contact work of course

Mitch King did bits and pieces, reckons at least another few weeks away from full training

Only two in rehab group Mitch Hannan and Luke from the Academy.

Melksham Brayshaw and Wagner walked some laps, did a bit of handball and left

im still staggered that these elite juniors that come through cant kick on their NP.  what kind of junior coaches would they have they wouldn't include NP kicking at training? you want to be at the very least servicable on your NP

    amateur stuff

Got there at 12, stayed for 45 minutes. It was very warm! Robbo was hosting a touring group, presumably the draftees families.

Rehab: Tom Mc, Pedda, Wagner, King, Hannan, Flippers

    Not sighted: JKH, the prince.

Garland had some tape on a knee but was moving fine. Ben Ken had his forearm padded.

Viney, Trengove and Vanders were back in the main group.

    you beauty!   carn Trenners!

thanks for the reports all.  you're all legends
