  1. Manage Gawn’s minutes from here. playing in 6 days
  2. They’ve always chipped around the back but a lot of run and carry through the middle and fwd and non 15m kicks outside 50 is a change they used to bomb it a fair bit to their big 3
  3. Counts for little tonight. I’m glad that Scott has shown his hand so we can work on how to defend against them in finals if needed no injuries please well beat Port next week
  4. Who can forget the Cats losing the 2008 GF purely by bad kicking. probably the best team I’ve seen aside from 2002 Lions.
  5. We either Port in AO or the Lion in a neutral venue. that’s the options?
  6. It’s a weird one tonight. Will be good to win but nowhere near as important as it is to win next week. Go in hard, don’t get injured. playing Port away next week is nothing to be scared of but playing a team not at home is preferable. most important is to play well tonight and go into next week confident.
  7. Let’s just hope SA and WA stay covid free so we don’t have to cancel the season. I don’t give a rats where we play at this stage
  8. Game on tomorrow night Can’t wait!
  9. I know what you mean. BUT I reckon having a real competitive game versus a dead rubber is better for us going into finals
  10. We can beat both those teams easily
  11. Really??? I had no idea!
  12. West Coast are done. Dogs are fifth
  13. Top 4 finishes Goodwin 1 Bevo 0
  14. I’ve had a shot every time Brayshaw said Mitts, Dukes or Wheels. needless to say I’m hammered
  15. Dogs with one goal since 10 mins into the first Q
  16. Why do the school teachers, sorry I mean umpires yell at players to ‘leave the area’ when their team has the mark???
  17. good point. The dogs could have put in Martin tonight but maybe they want him cherry ripe for finals? English is very good fwd so they should be desperate to get another ruck in. I'm a little surprised Schache didn't come back in down back too. Port have been in good form but if the dogs mids fire and the Bont dominates, they will win
  18. no idea. for some reason I have never needed to be aware of such information! 😂 I would assume the top team would not be disadvantaged by a 6 day break
  19. I think the dogs will win in a close one tonight. can't see them losing 3 on the trot. Dunkley and Treloar all back now, their midfield will fire It's a pity that these two teams get an extra days break before finals as it should have been us (assuming we finish first). I assume we will be playing next Sat night
  20. You have to feel for Teague. The bloke's replacement has been all but made and he is still in the job! The blues need to rip the bandaid off and sack him. let him leave with some dignity intact
  21. Umm get the Tigers just make 10 changes??!!
  22. Fantastic to have 3 leaders back. the team looks excellent with a great mix of youth and experience and some good pace. harmes, Smith, sparrow will be needing to put in good performances to stay in next week
  23. Looks better than Hibbo on Rohan. He’s get carved up for pace
  24. Smith is a bit stiff but at least we have a capable player there that has played, in case a defender goes down. real tough having ready to go fill ins with no VFL
  25. Would Cats have nothing to play for if Dogs win? Playing dogs or port in a neutral venue. Perhaps they fancy one over the other
