Can’t wait to watch Casey tomorrow night. Will be keeping a close eye on Bowey and Weed. Chandler and Bedford
-
Harmes has done nothing to get back in. He’ll have to take a number and get in line. He was about to be dropped before his injury. Chandler and Bedford have been good

For a Sunday game, the squad on thurs night and confirmed team friday night as per usual for decades. Not sure what you mean by truth/best guess, it was fairly rare for someone to be replaced in the 25/22 after they were released how about you ignore my posts and let me have a rant. Cheers

in 2 hours time it'll only be 72 hours until the teams are out!!! ARRGHH! the 360 boys actually brought this topic up last night and said the clubs are the ones that want this not the AFL. And they said it should go back immediately to Thursday teams being released. It is part of the fabric of supporting footy, having the teams in the paper while you watch the game, actually being able to do footy-tips etc. was good to hear

Robbo gets a gig coz of the Jerry Springer syndrome. The average (or below average) Joe Schlub likes to think they are smart and there is a bigger alcoholic/moronic bloke out there talking footy If not for spell check the bloke would not have a job!

They've had 5 days to sort this out. absolute bull [censored]

I agree in some respects. You’d reckon if he keeps up this pressure then eventually the goals and touches will come. The coaches would be working with him to improve in these areas no doubt imo the problem with his game at the moment is if his pressure game drops a little he losses his value and would be dropped so he needs to add more to his game. I reckon he’ll kick a few mini bags in the next 4 weeks also the stats can be misleading. He is down for only 3 tackles and one score involvement. I saw him tackle a lot more than that. And some tackles led directly to goals. keep it up Charles. Chandler and Bedford are knocking the door down!

Great news! Usually the winds are more like 100kms!

I just found out it is only Tuesday, is this the slowest week of all time? 5 days til the game still!!

It’s funny how things go your way when you attack the footy and have confidence the Tigers played the man all night and paid for it

To be fair I think we should give him until the end of 2022 to even up -
Players Winning Percentage in the Red and Blue

I was thinking of the BnF in 2013 when I saw the 2021 DL leaderboard with so many guns. How far have we come? Staggering Dean tried his guts out so fair play to him. Just didn’t have the talent -

No doubt the last 6 weeks has been a massive build up to the Tigers game and Jonesy's 300th. Going down to the Shire to play the hobbits is a major change. Self motivation will be key and I won't be surprised to see us look a bit flat early in the game. For this reason, I think some new blood will give us the injection we need. Brown to come in against his old mob and maybe change it up a but more if anyone is sore. North coming back from Perth should run out of legs. Their team is young and generally lacking quality. Even if we play poorly we should win by 50 pts plus.

It’s not possible to like Kozzi any more than I do his energy and aggression are so pivotal to us. He’ll learn to cut out the silly stuff but keep playing tough. He seems like a winner. He expects to go out and win and he seeks out contact and hits. He is made for footy

Man that was a great replay to watch, especially I muted Darcy and the other tools Trac stood out, after a slow start, his 3rd Q especially was unbelievable. The impact he is having on contest around the ground is the greatest I have ever seen from a Demon. You just know he'll win the ball

Nothing major has changed since last year imv, it's a cumulation of everything that's happened Since Roos came to the club in 2014. We have had Coaching stability - no head coach sacked in 7 years. We have drafted and traded very well. We have a strong culture. The players have bought in and there is mutual respect. 7 years of a hard slog, if you hold it together and don't crack (eg, don't sack Goody, leading to instability, players maybe leaving, and re-starting a new game plan etc.) you earn a chance to have success. We have a lot to thanks PJ and Roosy for.

we 100% have to bring Brown in. Although things are great at the moment, if we want to be top 4 and seriously challenge over the next 6 months we need more fire power. We have scored 544 points and our highest goal scorer in Fristch on 12. On the cold wet days, low scoring games, we need Brown to pluck a few out of the air and win us games. It will take him a few games to settle in so the time is now. Who comes out is hard. If everyone fit, I would drop Melk. Fritsch plays more HFF and Ben Brown goes to FF

we are six rounds in, 6 tough games, quite a few in the wet with the longer quarters. It would be a good time to see if there are seriously sore players. Some kids might be feeling it, Jackson, Jordon, Rivers, Kozzi. We need to keep the team fresh and the bye is a long way off. We have real quality in the twos. If Jackson or T Mac are sore, I would manage one and bring Brown in. We'll have a 6 days break after this game to take on Sydney away and we need to be full of run. Resting players is risky though as you don't want to send the message that this game is a done deal, but still...

Having no crowd at Marvel will save us from the media giving us grief about 12K people turning up for the game. Early game on a sunday at Docklands with the roof closed (whilst 24 and sunny outside), north home game. not many will rock up anyway

If this is a danger game, then literally every game is a danger game with the danger level of the North game being the lowest So in summary - this is not a danger game
