Time to start trusting the team, we have earnt it over the past 4 games. Challenged at times but we never really looked like losing any of the 4 games and all teams have been in 6-12 range - not rubbish teams. The Hawks without Gunston, Sicicly, Lewis and Day should be an easy win. They are still well coached and have a couple of good mids so we will need to turn up but we should be looking at percentage here they have some run off HB which is probably the only concern.

I actually think our fwd line is still our biggest weakness. we have dominated all 4 games and should have a higher percentage. We have no dominant big men and without Fristch we would be struggling. When Brown and Weed are back, we should be a different proposition though

Goodwin and his coaching staff deserve a lot of the credit. He has picked a team that has not changed in the first 4 rounds When the opposition gets on top, we now have a plan B and C to counter this. Our defensive set up is the best I've seen in recent memory. The team is playing for each other and for their coach.

Has anyone seen or heard how Petty has been going in the practice matches? He is a good prospect but we need to bring in blokes who are match fit and ready to go and Petty has had many injury worries. I am not against him coming in but he just needs to be ready.
