That pic is just gold. They’ve been together for 10 years. Heart and soul players 100% reckon we’ll be seeing T Mac in finals

I’m hearing we were leading at 3/4 time and blew it

Apologies, I promise not to offer an opinion that may differ from that of the MFC in the future -

If we give him a two year deal and he is injured all year next year he’ll be taking up a valuable spot. If it’s two years if must be performance/games played based for the second -

We might be expecting a couple of guys to request a trade elsewhere perhaps? Guys like Tomlinson or Bedford -

Agreed. He has the talent but is just not durable enough for AFL. he is only handy depth or a good back up if he is fit and available. The sad truth is he is unavailable 80% of the time a two year deal would be baffling if true -

So much complaining! In fairness I didn’t watch the sht show 4 AAs. We have 3 genuine superstars. Clarry might have 10 AAs by the time he retires. He cannot stopped Go you mighty Demons!

Don’t tell me Zorko missed out on AA Captain??!!

The others would be able to offer/pay a lot more than us. Let him go and save the little cap space we have for a forward or young gun

Thanks Kev Indeed hope it is soon, a sunny weekend session would be perfect, hope they dont miss the opportunity for a big crowd

Norm's record is pretty decent considering it was WWII at the time!

McCartin ahead of Petty? Madness!

Will be very interesting to see who plays in this game. Are there players who need a game for conditioning? Will Bowey/Smith/Jordon etc play 4 quarters? Assuming Salem is back in for the firsts next week.

I reckon T Mac is too important to us structurally. A tough decision will have to be made. My guess, Harmes dropped again. Although good last week he doesn’t have the consistency of others
-
Let’s just hope we are not leading at 3/4Q time in finals!

I get why they are worried about Gawn. Last time 6 contested marks, 3 goals, 28 touches 😳
-
It’s too hard!! structurally Melk makes the most sense but he is playing well. Spargo? But then are we too tall and not enough pressure? Harmes / Sparrow probably the other two options so yeah. No idea mate!

One thing about T Mac is that he is a meticulous trainer and preparer. No doubt if he says he is ready to go he will be aerobically ok. A match at VFL and he will come under serious consideration. we miss his long leads and marking on the wings. Also his regular goals. As to who comes out, let’s just say I’m glad it’s not my decision. We have struggled so much up fwd, aside from last week, I think it is a risk worth taking given T Macs professionalism and dozen preseasons
