Just an observation, anyone can have a whinge about something, it’s a different story altogether coming up with a solution. We need to fill spots on our list, Tomlinson is free and we can’t fill all the spots with draft picks. Not one poster who is unhappy with the (potential) recruiting of Tomlinson can offer an actual solution (keeping in mind he is free). Note: He’s a hell of a lot cheaper than what Frost’s asking price is.

I reckon he doesn’t have the football smarts to become a gun, he’s a limited footballer. The best he’ll do is possibly play under a better coach and for a better team which may see him become less erratic. Time will tell.

None are free agents though. Tomlinson is a freebie.

We have to replace the players we’ve already delisted and there’ll be more who leave. Since we can’t replace them all from the draft, who would you bring in that we don’t have to trade for JR?

Fair to say then that you’re not happy with them getting a game in the seniors then? We’re simply upgrading these types of players that you have said yourself that you wouldn’t recruit. Surely Tomlinson is a better option than them?

What’s your thoughts on JKH, ANB and the Wagners and in particular, them getting games in the seniors?

Tough loss to the Eagles today but at last it looks like we’re a professional outfit and won’t drop our bundle one season after making a prelim. Bring on 2019, at least we should definitely make the finals two years running. Go Dee’s!!
