The List Manager Tim Lamb
Was King in the room? Or do the coaches not participate in this?

Farewell Christian Petracca
That would be very disappointing if true Something shifted in him after the injury what exactly who knows, I remember seeing him at the last game in 24 wearing a cap head down like I just don’t want to be here…. There’s pain and anger in us & I can’t read or look at him talking up GC etc, Someone posted can we close this thread .. we should move on, Hawks lost Buddy and won a 3peat.. he’s no Buddy but one player dosent make a team & Buddy didn’t win a flag with the Swans in 10yrs!

Farewell Christian Petracca
Best way So he’s saying he couldn’t go to another level & the Demons??? Honestly it’s verbal BS, can’t wait to hear what the supporters will have to say when they play us at the G
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Hearing both Trac & Curnow in their pressers like they found the holy land with their new clubs reinforces the selfishness in these players, wanting to help Jamara yet was upset about the culture & our club

Zac Jones Anyone?
He would be better than the vfl players we traded in last year
-
Grading the Trade Week
It’s a joke that a premiership team can get simply too up with free agents to remain strong! No to mention their academies they have in qld & nsw. We needed a player from the Suns, they know it’s a week draft so it will only be a win for us if pick 7&8 work out the rest of who we traded are good additions

Letter from the CEO Post Draft
spoke very well, was respectful to trac & Oliver, like how he said can’t win 21 again & looking to next flag…perhaps the 1st time of heard our CEO speak so well since Jackson
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Trac had already checked out… he wasn’t 100% committed & his B&F speech said it all part of the afl landscape unfortunately, Essendon will have a captain who doesn't want to to be there! Sorry to say the afl is producing selfish players
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Yeah his B&F speech said it all saying it’s his job reinforced he had checked out, interest to know what how his teammates rate him as I dare say there is more to this & to hang on the club on his treatment during his injury, can’t be the defining moment

Letter from the CEO Post Draft
Agree that King need clear air without having to deal with the issues of both Trac & Oliver which have suffocated the club, strong clubs do their talking on the field vs the circus of the past 2 seasons, having Green stand up & say those players would be @ the club only to see them go, we need to stop grandstanding, you don’t get this from the cats, pies, lions, swans,

Farewell Christian Petracca
It’s the manner and all the issues, both in contract vs Farmer who was end of contract, we will never know all the reasons but it reinforces we are not a well run club across the handling of Oliver issues & how we supposedly handled Trac post injury with him feeling isolated, lays at the feet of the footy/goodwin dept… looking fwd King needed to clean air and a new era
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
Needed to be moved on 12-24 mths earlier, very sad demise and stupid contract, Goodwin shielded he’s behaviours and ruined the culture, Trac would still be here
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Trac was frustrated with player behaviours, how will he react to Jamara???
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
Pretty spot on & why we lost trac
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Very sad day & a reflection of how poorly the club managed whatever occurred culturally to make a player like Trac want to leave, he’s our only Norm Smith…like many we would like to know why but we will never know, Watching him talk after the win at Geelong in 21 and how he dedicate it to all the suffering supporter base in tears to fast fwd and see he’s disconnection…I question he’s motives also & will never know what they are… Moving fwd King can now have clear air without the continued question of Tracs future. The trades look decent with exp/leadership of Steele & strengthen the fwd with Brody & Cj defence
