Whoever the coach is they will to galvanise the playing group & get the culture right, still think there are divisions & fractures

Hanging on every word Trac says .. he’s response was s as n attempt to be funny, no doubt what he’s gone through plus the culture player issues & now the coach sacked all players will be feeling anxious on the future, whoever gets the coaching role will need to galvanise the group again

So why wasn’t he’s delisting included in the 5 the club announced on the website are we that hopeless??

Honestly how our club finds new ways of poor communication around delisting of Billing is a joke! How can you release delistings and not include Billing, the website still shows 5, so unprofessional!

I know it’s been mentioned but the delisting of Billings & how it wasn’t announced with the others during the day, how & why this occurred looks unprofessional

I don’t disagree their home ground/training base has received 140mill very political yet they wouldn’t find space for our home base in the Olympic park district, 3rd party deals who knows & if true they should be stripped of their flags! Bottom line we can’t deny our club stability has been poor!

Cats & Pies were broke late 90s both had millions in debt! 25 years later both profitable huge memberships, state if the art training facilities & get blockbusters, we are still trying to nail down a training base which will be another 3-5 yrs away

We hate it because our club is so far off the pace and has only managed to climb the mountain once in 60yrs, their sustain success reinforces how poor we are along with many other clubs!

Don’t agree totally as yes they train & play on their home ground, state gvt have contributed 140 mill over 15 years to redevelop their ground all political vote chasing! Third party deals and salary cap hasn’t been proven, but their culture and stability , list mgt strategy of not bottoming out via free agency and trading can’t be question, just compare our trades to theirs since our premiership we would be lucky to have any in the seniors, Our third president & Ceo…

Hearing Green saying the criteria of 8 years experience as a coach , not sure why the footy world needs to hear this, Scott & Macrae I’m sure didn’t have 8 years ( could be wrong) an both are premiership coaches with possibly another flag coming up! Keep this stuff in house!

14 prelims from last 19 seasons the Cats, hate it but respect it as their strategy has been solid, whilst they have a uniqueness as non Melb club they are consistent with stability & rare off field issues we can only dream off

Over seeing the same old prelims cats & pies… cats trade in A graders in Cameron , Smith etc vs our VFL players

Watching Cameron & Smith to name a few is frustrating as the cats just seem the draft the best talent and don’t bottom out! It’s as if they sat back and watched the expansion clubs draft in the best talent and have targeted them

Needs more than just changing the coach, assistants, footy dept football mgr, ceo, president, stability is the key & even when we won flag the rumblings & change of president occurred. People are harsh on Buckley was a kick away from winning a flag, I’m sure he’s learnt a lot & would approach things differently, by his own admission he’s said that. Scott at Essendon has proven that until the club gets all of their areas function right success want come & he will be the scapegoat again

It’s how you look at it, don’t the current players want to create their own history? Having reminders of past glories can also work against you.. Yze at Richmond removed premiership stuff , theres the right place but in change rooms it should be about the present
