Great review! The writing has been on the wall, culture issues, a coach whose game has been flawed & failed to adapt! Our poor list management on not improving the list! Trying to turn defenders into fwds, the Grundy disaster, Who’s responsible for the unraveling of this list & the club back in the toilet with no CEO & fill in President!

Followed this club since 72 & member since 98, always find a way to fall of the cliff 0-5 , burn any decent players , implode off the field, and still no home base whilst the hawks have manage to build their second since 2000… a club going around in circles

Spot on, those big contracts can split the group & the restaurant debacle, cap issues no doubt impacting on trading in big names & losing players Jordan, Bedford etc we are a mess again interim president & CEO it’s a disgrace

A review was done, yet with Pert who’s no longer there! A club without a permanent President, CEO .. nothing against Green… but it’s time for Goody & a list mgt shake up … to have basically no talls in the Fwd line us a joke after 3 years of winning a flag , Goodwin has completely unwound the foundations of contest & defence set by Roos ..I’d be surprised if trac dosent request a trade.

He has coached out every ounce of contest & defence, it’s amateurish what he’s done! I don’t blame Trac if he says I want out we are deplorable ..Green do the right thing as president or club is about to enter 2012 Neeld era

Has completely removed any of our contest & defence we had , the continued bombing to a short fwd line, not picking Turner a tall wtf he has to go he’s lost the plot

Goodwin has destroyed this team , for 3 seasons the continued long bombs & zero fwds who can take a mark it’s deplorable

The Dogs are similar club to us , only 1 flag in 60yrs & didn’t maximise their premiership clock, yet they have found ways to somehow reinvent themselves & haven’t bottomed out …Let’s see if/how Goodwin can pull us out of deep hole

The consistency of our club trading players from other clubs who couldn’t get a game & sitting @ Casey is such a poor reflection of were we are at! Either our list manager has no idea or we don’t have cap space, or any decent player refuses to come due to culture issues! I see forwards like Darling & Membry whilst at the end of their careers I shake my head as we clearly have a fwd issue!

Our list hasn’t improved sure our drafting of young players great but our trading of experienced talent is very poor ..you only need to look at who the pies, cats, lions, & hawks have brought in.

Agree .. let’s not forget the state gvt have giving 140 mill to redevelop their stadium over the last 15yrs whilst we are stuck training on a paddock & driving 50 mins to Casey & a pipe dream horse racing track as a training centre

How does a 35 yo Dangerfield kick 4, how do they get players like Cameron & Smith & we trade in zero

Watching the crows forwards It’s frustrating & unbelievable how our club hasn’t been able to develop & trade in any power forwards to maximise our premiership window!

We couldn’t get a decent free agent to address our fwd line issues finishing top 4, who was our last power fwd Hogan in 2018 & Nietz 2008 … unbelievable

Not sure what the correlation is roughing up & showing his passion & frustration! Did any of the players go up to trac to show comfort & support

Because he cares & wants success, he’s passionate & should be the next Captain
