Am lukewarm on the selection Jackson at this stage. I agree that he has a lot of promise and will be a part of our long term future. But this is a must win game for us and an experienced forward in Brown seems to be the smart choice up forward in my humble option. I would have thought that this was the ideal time to pick him when we are lacking in tall forwards and the basis of the reason to recruit him and if he is continually overlooked - then why did we recruit him? Gee I hate the Hawks and hope that Jackson has an impact.

No need to go to Sydney. Dubbo would be a better option. We can train at the lion park - that should bring some intensity. Oh we would save some money - no need for a return trip.

How about Matthew Collins, he played about 20 odd games, but injury limited his time with us. Came to us from Adelaide with Brent Wiliams for Nathan Bassett ( a couple more for the obscure list, though neither played a game for us)

Mixing with at 50K + disappointed West Coast supporters after the game would be a beautiful thing.

Think we missed our opportunity to relocate to Moggs Creek and Dangerfield could have walked to training. Jet ski's to the G, could have had a Demon ferry and done a bit of fishing on the way. There is only one thing for certain with this thread and that is we will still be debating it in 30 + years.
