  1. Like all the others it's a midfielders medal
  2. This is taking longer than a bowel action after a week on OxyContin
  3. Hell no
  4. If Jack does stay, pulls his finger out and plays to his capabilities it will be one of the great footy stories. Lots of ifs though.
  5. Disagree. Goodwin has given every indication of being a very good coach. This is not happening to Jack without good reason and I'm sure there is more to it than we know. For the Club to come out so strongly means they feel that Jack has let them down big time. Nothing wrong with setting high standards
  6. Hannan had a very good first year methinks
  7. Isn't Monte Carlo a biscuit?
  8. I see it as truth telling rather than nastiness.
  9. If Hogan goes I will be severely disaffected no matter what the deal - not so much with the Club but with the way the AFL competition is going. It has now become a free for all where contracts mean nothing. I can understand how the Crows are feeling re Lever even though I think their response has been petty and juvenile. This all means the rich powerful clubs will prosper and God help everyone else.
  10. Boy this is divisive - and I find myself divided. I can understand the Clubs point of view. Jack has not made the most of his talent and his passion for the dees has not translated into action on and off the field - and I haven't heard anything from Jack to indicate he gets it and will make the required changes. However I have the feeling if he goes it will end up hurting us. Looks like a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Horrible situation
  11. Never a good idea to go for the wrong hole IMO.
  12. Not a good sign being delisted from the dorkers- smacks of being NQR.
  13. With no defensive skills and Watts like ability to tackle
  14. Reminds me a bit of the public bollocking Malcolm Blight gave his ruckman Pitman. As I understand it he kept playing, and in a premiership side.
  15. I qualify on 2 of those 3 criteria and I'm not far off the third.
  16. I sort of agree but there is a place for a protest against stupid decisions. I think members have a right to withdraw financial support if they think necessary. I have kept my membership going through good times and ( mostly ) bad but if Hogan left, for example, it would but my patience to the test.
  17. dysfunctioning frontal lobes
  18. Sick of this whole saga. It just needs to get resolved one way or another asap. Don't really care which way it goes.
  19. Looks like we're pizzing other Clubs off. About time.
  20. I'm sure the Club have had numerous quiet conversations about his lack of intensity and the penny hasn't dropped so they've abandoned subtlety and come out both barrels blazing to very publicly make their point. I can't see anything wrong with that. Hopefully Jack now has got the message.
  21. At least the Hogan crap seems to have gone away
  22. As long as he doesn't take the last kick of the match for a win.
  23. Seems to indicate he still doesn't get it.
