That's exactly what the rule is already. But that isn't the issue here. 3 players attempted to touch the ball prior to crossing the line, yet only 2 of those were checked during the review. The one player that touched the ball was never looked at. I was screaming at the tv at the time, sounds like a few were. It was not a fair review, in fact it was as if the reviewer was actively trying to avoid where the ball was touched. There's enough evidence this season alone to prompt an AFP investigation into AFL umpiring, and I believe the same in the NRL. Make it happen.

That reminds me. The session last Sunday seemed to be very similar to one of those flush/recovery runs we have. Was there some sort of heavy, bye round activity they were recovering from?

Keep kicking them soccer balls lads. Only 4 players stayed back for goal kicking practice on Tuesday. Kicking efficiency is pathetic for professional AFL players. Culture. Culture. Culture. Umpiring needs to be investigated by the AFP
