Looking forward to the Free Agency & Trade Period
Why would we trade him for pick 8 or 9 when we drafted him at 9 and have put a few years of development in to him?

DOES VINCE GET ANOTHER YEAR
I thought this year would be his year at Casey, but considering he is playing as well as he is, I'd keep him. Whether that is on Melbourne's list or Casey's is the question.

Revisiting the 2017 Trade/Draft Period
Rob's pretty excited about the future, isn't he? All in all they are some very optimistic Dees fans

New 'rule'
The only issue I can see is a player 'accidently' blocking the opposing ruck in the contest by standing in front of them, allowing their player to jump solo. But a few free kicks against this would surely stop team from doing it.

What's Our Most Iconic Number?
Growing up in the nineties it was always 9 for me. Still my favourite number.

Peter Jackson stepping down
Actually, he's not. His contract is up in October but he will likely still be at the club, smoothing over the succession until into 2019, according to all the articles.

AFLW Demons - Poaching season
Hickey, Cranston, Erin Hoare and Anna Teague are all leaving for Geelong. The latter three all came from Geelong, apparently. I think that means, under the rules, that we can't have anymore poached.

Doesn't Lily Mithen have a family connection to the club, also?

Clarry Plays Handball
He's a very very good kick. Going back to his decision making and poise, there was one play, in the first quarter I think, where he was tackled and one hand was pinned. He had the smarts to put the ball on the boot, and hit Hannan on the chest with a Saints player hanging off him. You can't teach that. He is exceptional. He is also very quick hand to foot, which is another strong skill to have.
