Buried at the end of the MFC article about the Brayshaw Family's 100x100ms is the fact that Gus can't do them this year, and he's been MIA for a few weeks from the main group. I guess the reason they aren't leaving is because AAMI Park is their home ground. They have exactly what we want, not sure they will give it up so we can stay close to our ground.

Honestly, what I think is more likely is that someone offered Morris the inside word and he took it. How else would he know what Jesse's manager asked, or that Freo are bristling internally when people say they are bluffing? I agree with you that journalists are unlikely to be untruthful on purpose.
