Can’t agree more. My third visit to this area. Best Greek isles by the length of the straight (and I’ve done about 30). Swimming trip based on Ithaca all of next week. Will probably finish with a week on Zakinthos. Hard life but I’ll just have to grin and bear it.

A shout out to Ed's mum Belinda. I was on a swim trip on Croatia in 2018 that she was part of. I was tuned to ABC radio for the game. Kelly Underwear seemed to have a fair grasp of what happened. He was hit in the back which may have exasperated the (rib?) injury he suffered last week. She said she watched him in the post half time warm up and he couldn’t bend over. He couldn’t even sit FFS and they still started the third with him on the ground. I suspect it’s bruising of some sort - ribs or back. But I’m no doc - retired maths teacher.

The main reason they’ll never shift games from GMHBA is that their sponsors pay the club an obscene amount of money to have their hoardings and what not featured on the TV.

Brereton admitted some years ago to buying 19 memberships (ie it's his form of a donation). Smorgon (from memory) started that practice at the Dogs back in the 90s. Instead of simply donating $10k buy 100 memberships. I live on the Surfcoast. Four years ago the Geelong Advertiser gave a H&A Cats membership with every subscription. They may still do it. Most clubs member nos are BS.
